Lakefront with Private Pool, Deck, AND Hot Tub!

Come and stay on lake time! Only 5 minutes from downtown! This beautiful updated lakefront property sits on a lot and half and includes a private SWIMMING POOL, Deck and HOT TUB!! The original open concept home has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The huge master boasts a king bed and personal bathroom with shower. The second bedroom includes an electric adjustable queen bed with a second bathroom just off the entry. The attached sunroom has been converted in to a bedroom with a queen and full bed as well as 3 HUGE windows overlooking the pool and lake. It includes a small desk for business and a small bar top for relaxing. It is truly the coolest room on the property. A close second place however is the completely remodeled detached bunkhouse perfect for the kids (or in-laws). It includes a queen as well as twin over full bunk. There is a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and sitting area as well. The outside of the property is where most time in the spring, summer, and fall will be spent and it is magnificent. The patio includes a table and chair set or a bar and stools if you prefer. There is a large bbq grill available for grilling and a traditional smoker for the pitmaster of the group. The large pool includes a wall to sit on, a couple of small waterfall features and a great place to lounge and catch some sun. The hot tub overlooks the lake and pool and entire back of the property. If you prefer closer to the water, the dock over the boat lift includes an outdoor table and chairs and is truly the best view down the lake canal on the entire property. Also included near the water are a couple of Wilderness System kayaks (one single and one double) and a couple of stand up paddle boards. Bring your own and create your paddling party on the lake. Guests are welcome to bring their boat as well and tie up to the seawall of the property. Pets are welcome for a small fee. This property will certainly create one of your favorite lake memories of a lifetime. We hope you enjoy!!

Thanks for staying with us! Checkout time is 10 AM sharp. Leave used beds unmade. Place dirty towels in a pile in each bathroom. Make sure all dishes are clean and put away.
Place all trash in bins located in garage. Roll bins to street by mailbox if it is a Wednesday Turn lights off and fans on. Place thermostat on 74. Replace outdoor furniture covers and pool toys

We loved the location on the lake! Since it's in a canal, it was so fun taking taking out the kayaks and paddleboard (we brought our own), with no wake or worry about other boats. And the view from sitting in the hot tub 'lounge' seat is unbeatable! The house was wonderful, with the really large, fully stocked kitchen, as well as the nice bedrooms and bathrooms. We didn't use the other lodging outside of the main house, but it was so cute, and would be so great for anyone who doesn't need a restroom overnight. The location was nice and close to many restaurants, HEB,etc.

Great spot in Granbury

Fun location with a great view of the lagoon from an elevated deck. House is very comfortable and had everything we needed. And GREAT internet connection! We also loved the bunk house; my youngest treated like his own house. We hope to get to stay here again.

Good location at the end of a canal. We enjoyed the kayaks a lot and spent a lot of time in the pool. The bunkhouse really worked well for our group. This house is in a great neighborhood and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

My family of 4 moved to Lake Granbury in 2015 and we absolutely love everything about it, especially our neighborhood! We love it so much that we bought a second property nearby to share with you. We have 2 amazing children that are deemed "lake rats" and this canal just off the main body suites all of our needs perfectly. We both work as educators at the local high school teaching and coaching. We certainly enjoy our summertime on the water and hope you will too! We'd love to be your host on Lake Granbury

Why they chose this property

This property is one of the few on the lake that isn't part of an HOA so you will be welcomed by all around. It sets on a calm canal connected to a beautiful cove just off the main channel of the lake. It is perfect for taking a kayak or stand up paddle board ride in the calm water or is less than 2 minutes by boat out to the main lake body. It boasts a private pool overlooking the lake for relaxing and your own elevated private deck for enjoying a sunrise or set over the water. There is a detached bunkhouse for the kids or in-laws that includes a queen bed and a full over twin bunk along with fridge and coffee maker. There is a huge open living room and kitchen to accommodate all guests in one area. The coolest room in the house is the sunroom that is half converted to a bedroom that awakes one to a beautiful view right down the lake. There is plenty of outdoor furniture outside for guests to truly enjoy their lake stay experience. The driveway has parking for 4-5 vehicles and if you ever need anything the owner hosts are just down the block to help you out quickly.
