The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Before you leave, gather all used linens, towels, and bedding and place them in the laundry room. Kindly, start the first load. Put all trash in the outdoor bins.
Turn off all lights and appliances. Set the thermostat to 78. Ensure no flames or hot coals remain in the Kamado Joe grill. Use only lump charcoal. After use, confirm all embers are out.
Close the door and press the lock button on the Schlage keypad. No keys required. If you used the hide-a-key, return it to its original location. Thank you!
