Free street parking that is readily available in front of the townhome. The townhome is walkable to all of WeHo and only 8 MINS DRIVE TO BROADWAY! Perfect for couples!

-Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. We specifically ask for guests not to be outside during these hours so our neighbors won't be disturbed!
-No parties, events, or having more people over than are listed on your reservation. No photo or video shoots! No local bookings.
-Towels, wash cloths, and linens may not be used to remove makeup. Guests will be charged for soiled or damaged items.

A great place to stay! Very clean. Enjoy the outside patio. I would stay here again next time I visit Nashville. Not far from downtown. Taking a Uber was about 15 or minus drive, depending on traffic.

This was the perfect spot for our Nashville trip! Safe area - within walking distance to Broadway if you like to walk. Very clean place with everything we needed. There were 4 of us and it was more than comfortable!

Fantastic stay in Nashville

This property was exceptional. It was very clean and well maintained. The location is extremely convenient as well. The property manager was very responsive to all my messages. I actually left a very expensive work bag at the unit that had my laptop, iPad, eye glasses , and work essentials inside. The property manager facilitated my items return. I am so grateful to him!!!! I highly recommend this rental.

Loved it!

We had a wonderful time and the property was fantastic. It was very clean, we loved the balcony and how close it was to some fabulous places to eat and drink. There is a lot of construction in the area and we were worried about the noise but it wasn’t an issue at all. There were several places to walk to - coffee shop, distilleries, bars, etc. Overall we had a great experience and would book this place again if we ever go back.

A Gem Right Outside the Gulch!

If you’re headed to Nashville and need a spot right in the mix? Book with Neal. CLEAN, three story town home, beautiful third floor balcony with AMAZING Nashville skyline views! Parking is plentiful on the street of this quickly redeveloping area but PLEASE LOCK YOUR CARS!!! There were break-ins one building up during our stay, we were not affected. Neal is a great communicator and you will not be sorry! #justdoit #value #views
