This fully renovated East Austin 2/1 home has retro style with all the modern updates!

It features hardwood floors, central AC and heat, super comfy beds with memory foam toppers, open floor plan, 1000mbps WiFi, Apple TV/Netflix, and a beautiful, fully fenced back yard with patio.

Convenient location: 10 minutes to downtown, the University of Texas and tons of restaurants/attractions; and 5 minutes to the Mueller development, with shops, restaurants, Alamo Drafthouse movie theater, huge HEB grocery store, coffee shops, parks and trails, and weekly farmers market.

Minimum stay is 30 days.

Bedroom 1 has a king bed, and bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds. All beds are equipped with memory foam mattress toppers for a super comfy night's sleep.

There is space in the carport/driveway for two vehicles. Larger vehicles like pickup trucks will not fit in the carport, and will need to be parked in the driveway.

Peaceful stay

The property was clean and the stay was comfortable. The host was very responsive and had everything i needed. I would love to stay here again for my extended stay again with by pups

With its central location and proximity to downtown Austin, the University of Texas, and tons of restaurants and hotspots in east Austin, the Springdale/MLK neighborhood is an ideal place to experience Austin.

You'll be so close to so much that's great about Austin: 10 minutes to downtown, the University of Texas and all the hip East Austin attractions, 5 minutes to the Mueller development with its many shops and restaurants, farmers market, and the Thinkery, the coolest children’s museum anywhere.

We've lived in the area for many years, and are always close by (physically and/or virtually) to answer your questions or provide anything you might need during your stay!
