Great, simple accommodations and great service

Chris was a wonderful host and very accommodating. He responded to any questions we had extremely quickly. This house is right next to some train tracks and there’s quite a bit of traffic with shipping. The loud noises were not too bad from the trains, but if you’re sensitive to noise, it might not be the best spot.

Perfect for our needs, great location, clean , well stocked house

We recently stayed at Cherry Meadow for my son's wedding at a nearby vineyard. The location was convenient to all the events and we never needed to drive on the highway. We were able to get downtown quickly and to enjoy many of the sites in Austin from this location. The house was very clean and everything was provided. There was good communication with the host and there is obvious pride in the property. One thing to note was the presence of a train very close by, but it did not hinder our visit as we were out of the house for events. I would stay here again if I am ever in need of housing while returning for a visit. It was my first time renting via VRBO and it was a very positive experience. Having this house as our home base took a lot of the stress of traveling by air for a special event. It was a good place to relax and spend some quality time with family members. Thank you for all the effort you put into making this house a comfortable and clean spot.
