Tiffany’s place is exceptional: attractive, comfortable and clean in a nice neighborhood. She is communicative and super-responsive. We cooked some of our meals while there. There are also restaurants and the MARTA train in walking distance. Being able to do laundry was helpful during our stay. As previous reviewers have noted, there are stairs inside and out. This is a great getaway spot!

Perfect little house

The house was perfect for our family getaway. It’s very close to the main attractions and shopping. The house was stocked well with all the basics. The beds were very comfy too. Would highly recommend this place.

Awesome house

We had a great four day stay. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and is located near a MARTA station. I would definitely stay here again.

Short trip for a wedding

This was a lovely property with an unusual floor plan. There was a bedroom, bathroom, and livingroom on the first floor and same on the second floor with the kitchen on the second floor. We really appreciated the supplied coffee, tea, and snacks as well as off street parking. Would definitely stay here again. Easy check in and clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive. Walking distance to several restaurants. Note there are stairs inside and out. Overall a great stay!

Nice place in Decatur

This is a very comfortable “duplex” house within walking distance of shopping area and residential neighborhood. Tiffany is a superb host who is available to remedy any situation. Nothing major occurred in the month -plus that we stayed at her place. It is clean and comfortable.

My daughter hosted a celebration for her grandmother's 89th birthday at her nearby home in Decatur. Nana and I stayed at Tiffany's guest house. My twin granddaughters / her twin great granddaughters spent one night with us. Lovely! Quiet neighborhood! only downside: There were lots of stairs.

Beautiful, comfortable & convenient!

I loved our stay at Tiffany’s place. It I couldn’t have been any more convenient with the Marta train station just yards away. And she’s really decorated the place beautifully with nice quality furnishings in pretty matching colors. It was all we needed and then some. The bed was so comfortable which I appreciate as I find most hotels have beds that are way too soft. But this was just right! Tiffany was so accommodating and communicative with us. I’d return in a heartbeat.

Graduation Weekend

This was our first trip to Atlanta; not knowing anything about the area we booked this guest house based on reviews, pictures and some google searches of the area. Tiffany is wonderful, we never met in person but she was very helpful and responsive. The house was very clean and it was obvious Tiffany put a lot of thought into the way house is set up from the amenities to the layout. Everything was so convenient, comfortable and easily accessible. And yes we agree the beds are super comfortable! My husband high fived me after his first walk through when we arrived for “doing a good job” on finding the house! The information and maps in the house about Atlanta and Decatur were extremely helpful. We love Atlanta and Decatur!!! Thank you so much Tiffany! We want to come back so we can enjoy the area more!

This was a great choice for our family of four's trip to Atlanta! Downtown Atlanta was easily accessible by MARTA (four blocks away) to get to things like the aquarium and World of Coca Cola, but we appreciated being a bit removed from the city. Decatur itself is super walkable and family friendly with lots of great choices for eating 20 minutes walk away. We appreciated that the split level design left plenty of space for our kids, and Tiffany was very easy to communicate with.
