I have stayed at Petra’s studio apartment several times now and am disappointed when it is booked and I can’t get in. It is super convenient to CU, in the lovely town of Louisville and also super clean and quiet.

Perfect space for a mother-daughter weekend. Generous king bed and bathroom with private entry. Louisville was an unexpected treasure. Highly recommend Moxie for coffee and pastries. Lucky Pie Pizza was phenomenal. Location convenient to hiking in Boulder parks and to downtown arts and Coors Field.

The place was perfect for our 3 days in Louisville! Very clean and cozy! Would like a reccomendation sheet for restaurants and activities (so much to choose from, a local perspective would be nice). Overall a great place to stay and would highly recommend!
