Often this has been the perfect rental for parents and grandparents visiting children, football, and other major sporting events. Boulder is 7 miles away, and nearby Louisville and Lafayette are around the corner....Louisville now offers a new pickleball facility with 21 indoor courts-called Relish.
Copper Mountain ski areas -2 hour beautiful drive.

The house is located at end of the 9th hole with a 3 min walk to the public clubhouse for a drink and sunset. It's the perfect location at the end of the day.
This Garden level apartment has a PRIVATE entrance.
It is a single-family hillside home divided into two private areas. FLAGSTONE STEPS lead to your private entrance and a one bedroom apt.
Large wall to wall windows in the living room and bedroom provide ample lighting and views of the pond.

There is a 2nd bedroom available upon request. A smaller additional fee applied.

The Kitchen includes dishwasher, induction cooktop, dual microwave/oven, and new stainless steel cookware and refrigerator.

A separate bedroom awaits you with a queen size bed, walk-in closet, and new high-quality linens.

Also, there is a gas grill outside the apt door with patio table and chairs.

This spotlessly clean and fully furnished apartment was remodeled in the spring of 2022. Includes new paint, lighting, linens, and accessories. Thoughtful additions include a countertop height bistro table with swivel chairs, for a view of the outdoors while dining.
YouTube TV provided with Netflix.

Yes, there is a private laundry room off the garage for your longer visits.

You will be 20 minutes from Boulder, and around the corner from old downtown Louisville, and Lafayette. You will find an abundance of top quality microbreweries and restaurants within the immediate area.

GOLF -at Indian Peaks- reservations can be made online for the well known Hale Irwin designed 18 hole course.
It's a 3 minute walk to the public club house for
checking in and refreshments. Driving, putting, and chipping areas also available if you have an "extra hour". Free putting and chipping.

Sorry, NO pets, and no smoking of ANY substance on the property...30+ age limit.

It's a quiet, friendly neighborhood....with street parking in front of house.

Everything about my stay was perfect. The space is large enough for one or two people and beautifully appointed. Lots of little extras that added to the comfort. The lighting inside and along the flagstone path were great additions. Cool patio that leads onto a walking path around the golf course and in the neighborhood. Dawn was always available if needed and I cannot wait to go back.

Amazing apartment with plenty of space. Beautiful yard with nice walking trail on the golf course steps from your door step. Kitchen had everything you could imagine an then some! Host was especially welcoming and greeted us on our arrival an showed us everything we needed to know. Super hospitable!Would definitely recommend staying there again - we visited our Buff at CU Boulder so a quick trip by car to campus.

Beautifully quaint in gorgeous setting

This is a must for anyone looking for a quaint home away from home that provides easy access to Denver, Boulder and the highways to head to the mountains. Easily a 5-star accommodation with a private entrance and beautiful views and trails around the golf course. Highly recommend and I plan to stay here again when I’m heading to the Denver area.

Great couple --able to adjust and compromise on arrival days and time as I had planned a couple days in NM. Then they left apt was in excellent condition. My cleaning lady had to fill in as I went in for emergency eye surgery. Really nice to have reliable and courious renters. I don't think they even knew what was happening. Just really good people.

Dawn goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. You’ll be centrally located to visit Boulder, Estes Park, Colorado Springs and many other surrounding little quant towns. We went constantly, however, coming back to stay here at night felt like home away from home. Why they chose this property

When you come home in the evening, you can
relax with TV programs, a Netflix movie, BBQ on the grill, or walk 2 minutes to the public club house for sunset and a drink.
But most of all.....this is a comfortable, quiet place to lay your weary head.

What makes this property unique

I often rent to couples who are visiting friends, or they have children in the area.
But sometimes my guests are looking for a property to purchase.
This rental is the perfect location as you will have easy access to several near by cities as well as the mountains and the National Park in Estes.
