ARRIVAL: Enjoy plentiful parking for 4 vehicles. Walk up the stairs to the first of 3 house-wide decks to access convenient self check-in. Alarm system available for your comfort and security.

INSIDE Your Home Away From Home:

Surrounding the foyer is the principal suite, two guest rooms and a second full bath. In the PRINCIPAL SUITE: an oasis multi-person shower, soaker tub, and 80 in. double sink vanity, AND adjustable California King bed, smart TV, recessed lighting, ceiling fan, and walk-out rear house-wide deck with access to the backyard. QUEEN GUEST ROOM with walk-in closet and smart TV. DOUBLE TWIN GUEST ROOM: French doors, closet, and two dressers. GUEST BATHROOM. All bathrooms do not disappoint; each with Kohler appliances and quartz countertops.

On the 3rd level, more hotel-worthy living spaces with recessed lighting and fans. LIVING ROOM: three extra large couches, fireplace, games, books, and smart TV. DINING ROOM with large table, ocean view, and walk out to the 3rd house-wide deck -- perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Open living connects to a DREAM KITCHEN, dinette, and space for feeding pets. Attached LAUNDRY ROOM contains beach towels, detergent, and dryer sheets. French doors lead to the 4th deck with gas barbecue and outdoor table. Also on this level, a FULL BATHROOM and KING GUEST ROOM with dresser, night stands, and TV. Temperature controls for each separate floor can be found at the top and bottom of the stairwell.

OUTDOOR: Play ring & hook, corn hole, or frisbee. Enjoy seating around the fire pit, or enjoy a shaded nap in the hammock - great for stargazing as well. For maximum ambiance, turn on the lighting in the backyard trees, under the deck, and throughout deck stairs. For pets: fenced in backyard includes protective netting for pet safety - preapproval and small pet fee required.

We just ask that no more than 10 guests be on property at any time without prior approval.

Great location - Close to beach and stores. Fantastic layout. Great big living/dining/kitchen area for family to gather but nice bedrooms where you can have some quiet time. Great Mini Vacation

My family and I absolutely loved our time that we were able to spend at the beach house. Even though we did have a couple of bumps throughout the stay, the property owner’s responsiveness to what we need it was absolutely incredible. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of and that our stay was as amazing as it could be.We are looking forward to coming back and visiting the house again very soon.

Thanksgiving at the beach!

We had a great time spending Thanksgiving at the beach. The property had everything we needed, and was incredibly pet friendly yet clean. The kitchen was well appointed, the beds were comfortable, and the backyard perfect for our dogs and people to hang out. The beach was a short walk away, and the dogs had a blast as did the people. We would definitely book again.

This house was very clean and comfortable, with many amenities included, perfect for our family reunion. Nice vacation beach house!

The house was beautiful and clean! We had a very comfortable stay and the location was convenient, as it was only 2 blocks away from the bay beach. It was super easy to communicate with Matt and Jen and they prompt in all their replies to our questions and needs. We would absolutely stay there again!

Great Beach Location!

Wonderfully clean, spacious, and well stocked home! Matt was super helpful and quick to respond! Beds were comfy and everyone had room to spread out. We took advantage of the board games. Up and coming area with restaurants and grocery close. Quick access to everything! Beach location could not have been better!

The house had everything we needed and is in great condition. The manager worked with us when we had to change our dates due to harvest season being delayed. Overall a great place to stay and would highly recommend staying there!

A Must Stay

We had a wonderful experience renting this home for the week. It is in a great location with easy access to the beach. Having a fenced in backyard was helpful for our dog. The hosts were great and always made themselves available even though we didn't have any needs. Great Choice Award!

Phenomenal Stay!

We had the most wonderful time in this beach house. The property is gorgeous and all of the amenities made it a super comfortable stay for my family of 5. The beds are comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed for the week. We can’t really eat out due to severe food allergies, so having a functional space to cook made the trip easy and fun. House was beautifully decorated and clean. Jen was the most responsive and helpful host I’ve ever had through vrbo. We will definitely be back for another trip!

Beautiful home!

This home was in the perfect location! It was a quick walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded at all which made it the perfect place to relax. The home was beautiful and very spacious! Matt was extremely responsive with any questions we had in advance of the trip and even during. We felt right at home here and hope to return soon!

Beautiful property

We stayed for the Christmas holiday and the home was so cozy and the owners even put up a Christmas tree. The beach is a short walk down the street and we loved eating at Stony's down the street. The fire pit out back was great and they supplied us with plenty of wood. The home was pristine, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had all the supplies we needed for cooking. Overall a fabulous time and highly recommend!

Celebrating Mom

We hadn’t seen my mother in law since COVID and wanted to spend time with her near her home and at the beach. This home did not disappoint. They had everything we needed to make time with my mother in law special. The owners went above and beyond to help us when we called which we are incredibly grateful for. Spacious and tasteful

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. The manager provided all the extras to make our stay easy. The beach was 2 minutes away and beach chairs and beach towels were provided. The house was big enough so our teenagers had their own space. The neighborhood was a beautiful place to walk our dogs. We will be back!

Beach Vacation

Well appointed and very clean. Modern appliances in kitchen and laundry room. Plenty of everything. The beach cart, chairs and towels were thoughtful and used. Short (about 1/2 block) walk to the beach access. We loved East Beach! Owners were extremely communicative which was great. They made us feel very welcome. We cook and everything we needed was in the kitchen. We would certainly book again.

Relaxing, chill beach week

The home is lovely and exactly as pictured. My husband and I and our dog arrived on Sunday, and two of our adult children joined us midweek. Bedrooms are situated for privacy, and everyone had their own space. Bathrooms were stocked with liquid hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, with two towel sets per bedroom. Kitchen is well stocked, with plenty of utensils, food storage containers, cooking implements, extra trash bags, dishwasher soap, paper towels, etc. There were a few other basics left by other guests (aluminum foil, cooking oil, salt, pepper and some other spices, coffee/filters) which was nice (some properties discard these and there is NOTHING helpful ingredient-wise in the kitchen when you arrive). There are other thoughtful touches-- camp style chairs beach chairs with a wagon you can use, 4 beach cruiser bikes, an extra canister for the gas grill in case you run out, exterior pub lights for the backyard/tree, beach towels, laundry supplies. The fenced yard is huge and wonderful if you have a pet; they've installed safety nets along the fence line and around the tree in case your feline friend wants to roam the backyard (we didn't have a cat with us, but it's one of the few cat-friendly places I've seen). Parking is easy; you can park in one of two driveway spaces, or easily along the street near the house. It's an easy block and a half walk down the street to beach access (you do have to cross a somewhat busy city street-- there is a crosswalk-- no traffic light-- but don't trust the drivers to stop for you). Our dog LOVED being able to play on the beach. There are leash laws in effect, but we went pretty early and there weren't many people around. The sandy beach faces the Chesapeake Bay, not the Atlantic, so the waves are pretty calm, and the floor is a very gradual slope out-- I went out about 30 yards and it was only up to my waist. Perfect for relaxing (I brought a float one day and just drifted) not so great if you want hustle & bustle. The neighborhood is evolving- "Ocean View" had a sketchy reputation 20 years ago; there are still areas of "old Ocean View" (aging apartments, homes in questionable repair), but lots of new housing construction. We didn't feel unsafe at any time. It's about a mile to the nearest grocery (Food Lion). Recommend you have a car, although there are plenty of restaurant and brewery options fairly nearby, it's not particularly walkable. Owners are incredibly flexible and responsive.
