We had a great vacation . We would stay here again . It’s a great location for beach . My granddaughters love it . The bay was great for my granddaughter who is 21 months old. She could be by the water and waves were not to big . This house is huge !! Thank you for a great vacation .

Hi Eric,Thank you so much for our stay at your beautiful home. The location, views, beach… exceptional! We really had some great quality family time together making memories. If you are a cook ( which I am) you will LOVE the kitchen! The view of the water is amazing from the kitchen and the large family room as well as the master bedroom! And that huge tub in the master BR… my grandaughter (3yr old) was in it every night pretending to be a mermaid.A must see for all who are there is the Botanical Garden. Such an amazing experience.Thanks for a great Family vacation.

We stayed at this property the last week of July, and it was perfect. The house is huge and comfortable, and the view from the main floor is amazing. Very easy access to the beach. I would say this house would be absolutely wonderful for any kind of family stay: a family with little kids, a family with elderly people (we traveled with an 80-year old grandma with some mobility issues), or for young people. The house had everything we needed, and communication with the host was very easy. I found this beach much more accommodating than the main Virginia Beach. Small waves, warmer water temperatures, soft sand. I sighted dolphins playing in the water in front of the house several times. All in all we loved it. No issues to mention.

House shows better from online site than in person, and for the price this matters. Online clean and crisp, upon entering very weathered, musty, needs updating. Sliding doors stick, windows the same, furniture old musty, rusty fixtures, dirty blades on ceiling fans throughout, utensils dirty and some with rust, stairs steep and loud, floors loud especially to those underneath that floor. On top of that the host sends me an alert of noise level, unfortunately for that we were not even there at that time. I’m sure the host would think about the open access for the public right next to the house, cars parked there all day and night, people constantly walking right past the house, so privacy is non existent. Friday night a large moving truck parked there all night, idling for most of the night.
