Our apartment has been awarded by the German Tourism Association (DTV) with 3 stars.
Our house is situated in a well-kept residential area. You can reach the city center on foot in about 15 minutes.

Living room
The living room includes a table and chairs with pull-out sofa bed for one person, a secretaire, a flat screen TV and a stereo system.
The large patio door of the living room expands your living area toward a private, secluded garden.

Bedroom
The large and airy bedroom - also with the terrace - is fully equipped with double bed (orthopedic mattresses and adjustable slatted frame), bedside tables and a large wardrobe.

Kitchen
The kitchen with dining area combines comfort and utility. It is equipped with a double sink, fridge-freezer, two integrated electric hotplates, a microwave with grill and other kitchen appliances (toaster, coffee maker, manual espresso machine, blender, kettle, egg cooker, iron) and of course with enough cooking and eating utensils.

The garden
The you alone available garden includes a terrace and a well-kept lawn and playground. Here you can undisturbed grilling, playing badminton or just read and enjoy the tranquility. On the terrace there is a rustic table and chairs and loungers. The holiday home has a grill with accessories and various children's toys.
