It is located about a 5-minute walk from Haus Osserblick in a small complex and features a large balcony with a magnificent mountain view of the Osser. Due to its hillside location, the second floor is accessed via a single flight of stairs (as if it were the ground floor). The holiday rental is suitable for up to 4 people (2 adults/2 children or up to 3 adults). It measures approximately 44 square metres and features a living room with a kitchen and a pull-out sofa bed (140x200 cm), a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), and a loft with two beds (each 90x200 cm). The living/dining room is equipped with a corner bench for 4 people and a flat-screen TV. A four-burner hob with oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are provided. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The apartment is heated by underfloor heating. A high chair and a cot are provided free of charge upon request. Next to the house is a small playground with swings, a sandpit, and a slide. Parking is available free of charge. There is a storage room in the basement for Ski.Im. The price includes the Osserbad Plus guest card, which grants you, among other benefits, unlimited free admission to the Osserbad in Lam. Non-smoking apartment. No pets allowed. Towels are not included.
