Le Gîte des Vaches, a place dedicated to our friends the cows, 20 minutes from the sea!

Classified as furnished for tourism ** the Gîte des Vaches is a rural cottage between the sea and the countryside (the nearest beach is 20 minutes away by car). It is an old farmhouse that dates back to 1784. It has of course been renovated several times since its construction. Recently, it has been given a good facelift while trying to preserve its farmhouse character. The decoration is dedicated to our friends the cows. You will meet many of them, on the walls, on the fireplace, the crockery, the bed linen...
Gavray is a small rural village in which you will find all the necessary services and shops (3 bakeries, a butcher's shop, a supermarket, a supermarket with petrol 24 hours a day, bookshop-press, tobacconist, bars, restaurants, doctors, nurses, pharmacy).
From Gavray, you can easily go to Mont-Saint Michel, discover the D-Day landing beaches and even Brittany.
The cottage includes on the ground floor an entrance, a large main living room, kitchen room, a bathroom (shower and toilet), upstairs 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with a bed 140x190 and a bedroom with 2 beds 90x200) and a bathroom with toilet. One of the bedrooms has a BZ which allows an extra bed for 2 people). You can enjoy a large garden (2000 m2 of land) as well as a shed to park the car with Green-up electric vehicle charging socket (additional contribution to be paid on site).
Due to the porch and the bedrooms located upstairs, the house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
