Additional features include three guest suites, each with a sleek, luxe bathroom (two have a king size bed with ocean views, the third has a king), a desk/work space, laundry room, air conditioning, a private, heated plunge pool and expansive, furnished lanai. This residence is steps from the beach and a 5-minute walk from the Hapuna Golf Course Clubhouse. Please note: An alarm will activate when the patio doors are open for more than 7 seconds. According to state and federal code, residential properties with direct access to a pool must be secured with an alarm.
