The house was great overall. Very comfy, great location. The pink bathroom may need a little attention as those tiles aren’t going to stay on the wall much longer. Despite that, we would book again when visiting family again.

Short stay for high school baseball state tournament

Great place for us! Owners were very accommodating when rain changed our plans at the last minute. I would definitely stay here again.

It’s a cute house and they did a great job decorating however there was a horrible smell coming from the dryer that smelled like dog poop maybe a dead animal. We didn’t notify them about it until after we checked out because we were so busy with my daughter‘s wedding and there were other priorities. They were very apologetic and are looking into it. Also, the backyard was not cleaned up from others that had stayed before us. The king size bed in the room that used to be a garage was very uncomfortable and the Springs that had popped up in the middle of the bed push you towards the edge of the bed. I notified the owner and they are looking into that as well. If I had known the area of town it was in. I probably would’ve chosen differently. The price was reasonable, and the location probably played into that. The property manager was very responsive and trying to help us find an item. We thought we left behind, but ultimately we found the item in our belongings. The people were great. The home needs a little bit of help and depending on budget I would recommend it to others if the smell was gone, and the mattress was replaced.

Great Place!!

This is a great place for families who are attending weddings, family reunions, etc. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. wEe all had a great time and a great stay!!

This was a great house to stay for MTSU Parent's Weekend. Firepit was perfect in evenings for our students to come and hang out with us in the evenings.

Cozy cute house

We enjoyed our stay very much.. the owners were amazing and answered my text right away when I had a question.. very clean house and quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be renting from them again next year.
