Located in the foothills of the Cantal massif, Teyssieu is a typical village of the north of the Lot anchored in a marked relief, in the heart of woods and meadows and located near the authentic Cère valley and its gorges, the small vineyard of Glanes and the valley of the Dordogne, Corrèze and Cantal. The house, built in local stones, has been very pleasantly and comfortably renovated. From the house, the terrace or the swimming pool (possibility of heating on request and as an option), you can enjoy the view of the village and its remarkable buildings. House on 3 levels overlooking the village benefiting from a vast outdoor space. On the ground floor: a kitchen open to the living room - dining room, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90, a shower room, separate toilets. Upstairs: an attic bedroom with a 140 cm bed. On the garden level: a bedroom open to the outside with 1 160 cm bed, a laundry room. Outside: Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, swimming pool (possibility of heating from 01.06 to 15.09 on request) with sun loungers, large semi-treed ground, car park. 50 m away, communal playground for children and pétanque court in the village.
