Situated in the heart of the Parc Régional des Causses du Quercy, equidistant from Cahors and Brive and 8 km from exit 56 of the A20. Close to another gîte, the 46G11122 (6 pers with its private swimming pool) belonging to the same owner. Possibility to rent the 2 gîtes together (11 pers). No inconvenience from one gîte to the other. Enclosed ground, covered terrace near the private swimming pool (10 X 5 X 1,40 m) secured by a protection net to the standards. Many remarkable sites to visit nearby and hiking trails on our causses to discover.Upstairs, living/dining room/equipped kitchen (microwave, freezer), independent wc with washbasin. On the ground floor, 2 bedrooms (2 beds 1,40m, 1 bed 0,90m) each with a private bathroom + wc. Oil-fired central heating. Laundry-kitchen for summer. Sheets included. Baby equipment on request.
