Two-story cottage. A few steps lead up to the cottage. Open-concept living/dining room opens onto the fully equipped kitchen (utility room with washing machine/dryer combo). Bedroom with one 160x200 bed, TV, and an open-concept bathroom (shower, vanity), plus a separate toilet. Upstairs, 2 attic bedrooms, each with a 160x200 bed, and a bathroom with a toilet. Reversible air conditioning in all rooms. Unfenced property with parking and a pétanque court. Terrace with outdoor furniture, lounge area, gas griddle, and heated pool with a spa bench (open from May through the end of September, secured by a roller shutter). Sheets and towels included. End-of-stay cleaning and pet accommodation available as options.
