La Hussaire - The Gingerbread House Cottage

The Gingerbread House cottage sleeps 6 people. There is a lounge/kitchen/diner all no on the ground floor with a wood burning fire. The cottage has 3 bedrooms and all are en-suite bathrooms.
The Gingerbread House is set amongst orchards and pretty gardens with peaceful countryside views. There is a stone BBQ for guests to use. Coal can be purchased from the owners.
The Gingerbread House cottage is near to a village bar and Boulangerie. It is a 5 minutes drive to the town of Sourdeval that has bars, restaurants, supermarkets, park, walks and banks. It is a 10 minutes drive into the City of Vire, where there are plenty of things to do such as the Chateau, swimming centre, cinema, restaurants, bars, markets, shopping and bowling etc.
Other local amenities nearby are golf, fishing, a lake with beach and water sports. There are cycling & walking, hiking tracks nearby.

The space
The Gingerbread House cottage has traditional old wooden beams with a modern touch throughout. The cottage has 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. The lounge, kitchen and dining area are all in one. There is full central heating, a wood burning fire, a snart TV, satellite TV, WiFi, DVD player, full oven & hob, fridge freezer, microwave, laundry room with washing machine and iron / ironing board. There is a stone BBQ outside. Coal can be purchased from the owners. A Garden table & chairs can be found outside the cottage all set in beautiful gardens with sun loungers. There is a games room in the stables with billiards, darts and ping pong.

Guest access
Guests can wander around the grounds and use the games room up at the stables. Plus there is a childs swing/slide and trampoline

Other things to note
All bed linen and towels are provided. Toilet rolls, some toiletries and cleaning products are also provided. There is tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, pepper and kitchen roll for all to use. The First basket of wood is free. Meals can be requested on certain days.
