The accommodation
Large and bright house of about 100 square metres with 1 very large double living room open on each side to the garden allowing the room to be bright all day long. Kitchen open to the living room with all the useful equipment. Upstairs, 3 beautiful bedrooms each offering different types of beds. 2 bathrooms on the ground floor and upstairs as well as 2 toilets allow great comfort to the house. It has 2 terraces and 1 small very pleasant outdoor garden allowing you to sit down according to the sun of the day. The house is both very quiet and very well located. On the edge of Nantes, close to the main roads but also many transports (tram and bus) which will take you in less than 20 minutes to the city centre of Nantes. For families and lovers of green spaces, we are surrounded by 2 beautiful parks and the superb Cens valley 2 steps walk from the house where you can walk or bike for a long time.
