Smooth Check-In and Private Views

It was a very easy and seamless check-in procedure. Céline was very responsive and provided clear instructions. The house was nice and private, with no neighbors on either side, and had beautiful views. We couldn’t recommend the place more.

Perfect for ski lovers

Great location just above the market square with a stunning view of the town and mountains. It is ski-in ski-out so really easy to get to and from the lifts for those who hate walking in ski boots. Well appointed chalet, designed for skiers, with boot heaters, seats to sit on while putting on boots etc. Plenty of hooks and storage shelves for kit. Plenty of hot water and a great little sauna.

Great chalet, perfect location

Great chalet in an absolutely perfect location. Within 5 minutes walk of practically everything we used this as a great base for 2 couples and 2 infants for a few days walking in the mountains. The four bedrooms were ideal for us so the little ones could have their own space, and we loved sitting on the terrace enjoying the late afternoon sun or even watching some rain. Garaged parking where we could leave the prams and hiking backpacks was a nice plus… maybe we’ll be back 👀⛷️

Très confortable, spacieux et très bien pensé

Le chalet est idéalement situé en face de la télécabine du Cret du Merle et ski aux pieds pour aller à Champ Giguet. Il est également à deux minutes du centre du village. Le chalet est très confortable, spacieux et très bien pensé. On s'y sent comme chez soi. Un grand merci à Céline pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

Emplacement idéal pour tous

L'accueil a été parfait, merci à Céline. L'emplacement est idéal tant pour les skieurs à 50 m des pistes que pour les non-skieurs, village à 5 min. Le chalet est très propre et bien organisé.

Emplacement idéal

Situation excellente, 50 mètres des pistes et des achats de forfaits. À même pas 3 minutes à pied du centre. Accueil parfait avec Céline. Seul point légèrement négatif, on ne peut pas rentrer 2 voitures dans le garage et l’agencement de la cuisine n'est pas très pratique (pas possible d’accéder à l’évier si le lave-vaisselle est ouvert). À part cela, superbe balcon, facilité pour rangement ski, chaussures de ski et gants dans le garage avec chauffage pour chaussures et gants. Location à recommander.

Le chalet est isolé mais très bien situé car on accède au centre-ville à pied en 2 minutes ! La terrasse est splendide et donne directement sur le village. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Le chalet est divisé en 2 appartements. Le grand Capricia est un hébergement très agréable, cosy, idéalement situé à proximité de toutes les commodités, skis aux pieds, et très bien équipé. On se sentait comme à la maison.

Un emplacement exceptionnel dans le centre de la Clusaz tout en étant au calme. La propreté, la décoration, la cheminée super pratique, la présence de tous les ustensiles et équipements pour cuisiner, le silence, la vue, la constante proximité téléphonique avec la manager du chalet... Nous étions comme à la maison !
