Beautiful apartment, great location

A beautiful apartment in a great location. We felt very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The location allowed us to experience the best part of city within walking distance. Beautiful scenes of the city life and architecture outside of the windows. The apartment felt very secure and the check-in and check out process was smooth. We were missing it as soon as we left Annecy.

Lovely long weekend

We had such a lovely long weekend in the apartment. Everything was as described and the location is excellent. It was perfectly clean and the beds really comfortable. Everything that you could possibly need to help you relax enjoy all that Annecy has to offer. Special thank you to Laurent for all the useful tips. We enjoyed the restaurant and cycle and swim. Just wish we could have stayed longer to explore more. We will be returning. Thank you.

Wonderful place, everything was great

It's a wonderful place where everything was great. The main office was about 200 meters away, which was a bit inconvenient, but since I didn't have to drive during my stay, it was fine.

This is a perfectly located apartment in Old Town. The best part is the parking space very close to the apartment. The apartment is roomy and the beds very comfortable! The host is super helpful and gives great suggestions to plan your stay!

Perfect stay in Annecy

Beautiful Annecy added a completely different experience to our trip to France. The snowy mountains, tranquil buildings, and lake create a comfortable atmosphere. Wonderful, well-appointed apartment. The location in center of old city makes access to restaurants, shopping, the canals and the lake easy. Ice cream is literally at the doorstep! Apartment is surprisingly quiet despite its location. Host was very organized making checkin/checkout simple. We would definitely stay again.

Do yourself a favor and book this villa! It is literally in the heart of Annecy and you can walk any place you like. Laurent met us for check in which was an extra special personal touch. The home is spectacular and finished to perfection. Stay here and be part of an experience you won’t forget!

Perfect stay in Annecy

What a fantastic property! We were so surprised when we got to this accommodation, its perfectly situated in walking distance for everything that you would want or need in Annecy. The bedrooms were perfect and the social spaces were fab too. The host was so lovely and helpful too. We had a wonderful weekend and as a group of 6 friends, are already wanting to return with our families! Would recommend to anyone!

Great location. The apartment is great. We love Annecy and the location was right in the middle of all the action. Close to the train station and busses, so a car is not necessary. We rode bikes along the lake and also rented a boat and went around the lake. This all with walking distance, so no car needed. It was very clean and spacious. The owner was very helpful and communicated throughout the whole check in process. Would highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.
