Grayce is one of 9 original historical and iconic "dollhouses" on Dollhouse Row in OCNJ. The calming charm of this piece of history, located only 300 ft from the bay, will captivate you the moment you arrive. Every amenity is thought of for you so that rest and relaxation is all you need to do. The 2-story cottage comfortably sleeps 4 with a queen bed in each of the 2 bedrooms. Read a book in the cozy meditation corner of the master bedroom or in the macrame swing by the front door (250lb max). Savor your morning cup of coffee in our tangerine Adirondack chairs on the front porch while you watch the neighborhood awaken. Or unwind with an evening glass of wine in our newly redone semi-private backyard alcove - complete with ambient lighting and Adirondack chairs. Grill up dinner on our new gas grill to bring to the beach or enjoy in our eat in kitchen that comfortably sits 4-6. Beach tags for 4 along with 4 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, beach cart, blanket, cooler bag, large beach bag, and beach umbrella are waiting and ready to go in the outside shed. Challenge your friends and family to a game of Paddleball or corn hole! Go for a morning bike ride on the boards with the 2 included beach cruisers (tire pump and tire repair kit are in the shed). Oh and don't forget to shower off in our enclosed outdoor shower after your day at the beach!

The whole energy of Grayce is centered around your comfort. Our goal is to make your stay one of pure replenishment so amenities such as bath towels, bed linens, pillows, and blankets are provided for our guests. All bed pillows and mattresses are covered in waterproof bed bug protectors and are changed in between guests and ALL linen (sheets, comforters, blankets, sham covers, and couch throws) will be laundered using anti-viral techniques to ensure the ultimate level of protection and cleanliness. Both Queen beds feature Cozy Earth Bamboo Sheets (which are thought to be the softest sheets in the world! In addition ALL guests of Grayce receive a 40% discount code to use in the future with Cozy Earth!). Waterproof slip covers on the sofa and ottoman are also laundered and changed between guests. The newly redone kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, serving platters/bowls, bakeware, Charcuterie boards, and cookware along with grill utensils for the outdoor propane grill. Basic spices, sugar/sweetener, and fully stocked coffee nook are provided. Small appliances included: drip coffee maker, pour over coffee maker, Keurig, crock pot, stove top espresso maker, mini waffle maker, toaster, mini griddle, hard boiled egg maker, air fryer, indoor s'more maker, and hand held mixer.

Grayce is the perfect seaside retreat for anyone looking for all that the shore has to offer. She is walking distance to many stores, restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, and of course - the world famous Ocean City Boardwalk! Make sure to sample OCNJ's most famous morsels - Manko's Pizza, Johnson's Popcorn, and Kohr Brothers - just to name a few! OC is a family oriented "dry" town however there are liquor stores conveniently located right before coming onto the island. Every water sport is available nearby including whale/dolphin watching, surfing, jet skiing, sailing, fishing, paddle boarding, and more!

The sunset on the bay is a *must*. Simply walk out the back door and within 300 ft you will have a front row seat of the some of the most beautiful sunsets ever! The beach is only 5 short blocks away - a perfect distance for your daily venture to the beach or for a relaxing evening stroll to stargaze on the sand.

Visiting Dollhouse Row is listed in the "The Ocean City New Jersey Bucket List" as one of the top 100 ways to have a real OC experience. Grayce and a few other of the Dollhouses were featured twice on the cover of Ocean City magazine. Be prepared for the popularity of Grayce and her 8 siblings as Dollhouse Row is a favorite of bikers and passerby's!

Renting from Ginny and being able to stay in such a beautiful property has been nothing but a dream. Ginny is extremely responsive and very accommodating. The House was so well maintained and anything that may have been difficult to figure out a video was provided by Ginny for it. When you stay at this place you'll feel right at home and my fiancee and I are already looking to plan out when we can return for our next stay!

This was my 2nd stay at Grayce and I can only hope that I have many more opportunities to stay here. Ginny is the best and truly thinks of everything to make the stay enjoyable. There is nothing more I could ask for in amenities; Ginny is easy to contact if you do need anything. We enjoyed our weekend in Grayce! There are many cute touches that show how much the owner enjoys decorating her property. It was well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. I will caution that the flight of steps to the upstairs bedrooms are quite steep, so it might not be appropriate for anyone with mobility issues. There are 2 queen beds, so if there are 4 guests, all must share. The living space was quite roomy and comfortable, given the small size of the house. It’s a long walk to the beach, so you’d most probably need a bike or car. The bay is very close, so the sunset views would be a plus when the weather is good. The owner was very easy to contact and quick to respond to questions. She obviously takes great pride in ownership!

This was my second time staying at Grayce on Dollhouse row and it did not disappoint. With a newly renovated kitchen area and all the fall charm from before, my stay was cozier than ever! Every inch of the house has a little something to help create a warm, festive fall vibe! The tiny details here did not go unnoticed. Each room had a little something to make the space feel extra festive. The house was impeccably clean and smelled wonderful! And as wonderful as the house was I can’t say enough about it’s host, Ginny! She’s incredible! She’s helpful, available and so happy to do whatever it takes for you to enjoy your stay. She’s truly invested in helping you have the most relaxing and special time away! You will not regret staying here. In fact if you’re like me, you’ll book another stay before your visit is over.

My stay at Gracey….I spent Christmas there this year and I was beyond blessed by how wonderful my host was. The moment I opened the door and stepped into Gracey I felt at peace. Perfect Weekend Getaway

All around FABULOUS experience

This little gem of a property is EXACTLY as you see pictured. It is THE coziest, loveliest, most relaxing SPACE I’ve ever stayed in. Ginny, the owner, made this home so comfortable and inviting. My visit was in the beginning of November and the little seasonal touches did not go unnoticed. There were hints of autumn all through out the house…decorative pumpkins tucked away, fall design coffee mugs and pillows. And the house smelled AMAZING…like a warm pie! All the while still feeling like a cozy beach cottage. Every inch of this home was so inviting! And as inviting and warm as the house was, Ginny was even more warm and inviting. She was super helpful with check in, responded quickly to every text, and I felt she was genuinely thrilled for me that I was on vacation!! She was amazing. The house was amazing! I can’t thank Ginny enough and I can’t wait to plan another stay.

Living in the Doll House, A Dream Come True!

From the moment we pulled up we knew "Grayce" was going to be a life long friend! So beautifully decorated with each space perfectly utilized. She had everything we needed to make our getaway care-free and relaxing. From the coffee bar set up each morning to bikes and beach chairs & umbrellas, we started every morning with a smile. At the end of each day we rode bikes to the 12th Street Pier on the bay for amazing sunsets -- so beautiful -- came home to Grayce to prepare dinner in her perfectly stocked kitchen (she even had fresh basil growing out back!) while enjoying our own Spotify play lists using the portable speaker she also had ready for us! Bedtime was a treat as shower was fab, fluffy towels, bathrobes -- SUCH A TREAT! -- and comfy beds tucked us in perfectly! If you have the chance to stay with Grayce do not hesitate. She's thought of everything to make your stay relaxing and care-free. This has been a dream come true for me to stay in a 'Doll House'. I've ridden bikes past here for years hoping/wishing I could live here. So quiet and such easy living. I'm still smiling as I type this note!! PS -- it's actually Ginny who has given Grayce life and so kind to share with lucky guests like us. Ginny YOU are wonderful :D

We had such a lovely time staying in this adorable little cottage/dollhouse. It was clean, stocked, comfortable and absolutely charming. We have stayed in many rentals; my daughters constantly commented that this was their favorite. Incredible Stay

My family and I were very happy with this property and the host was friendly and accommodating from start to finish. The host equipped the house with everything needed to enjoy the beach (chairs, umbrella, toys, cart) and rest comfortably in the evening. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, coffee, etc. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom very clean. And despite the summer humidity and temperatures in the 90's every day, the house always remained cool and dry with sufficient AC units. The property was easy to get to and parking was always available. The location is ideal for families with small children, too. It's on a very quiet road with virtually no cars passing through, a municipal playground is just up the block on Bay Avenue, and it's a short walk to the beach where you can easily reach both the busier areas and the quieter areas of the boardwalk from the 15th Street entrance (depending on what experience you are looking for that day). Every morning started with Mallon's Homemade Sticky Buns located conveniently around the corner from the property. Mario's Restaurant was also a great option located close by. I only wish we stayed longer! Perfect place to stay.

Charming House

We stayed at this charming little house and enjoyed every minute of it. It is a block from the bay so you can watch the beautiful sunsets every evening. The house was very clean and every little detail was thought out to maximize the space. The owner is very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I cannot say enough about how perfect this house was for my husband and me. We enjoyed it immensely and cannot wait to return!

Such a perfectly decorated and equipped historical little "dollhouse" cottage with the most perfect little reading nooks and comfy beds. The home was filled with plenty of things to do from beach games to books to board games. Perfect location to the beach/boardwalk, sunsets by the bay, to bike or to get a sweet treat. I am an ER nurse and my husband is an ER physician. We have a daughter and 3 little doggies :).

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with Dollhouse Row when I was in my late 20's. I have always dreamed of owning one of the adorable cottages ever since. In April of 2021, we were able to make that dream a reality. Grayce is literally a dream come true and one that I know others will also love once they see her!

What makes this property unique

Grayce was given her name by her previous owners so of course we had to keep it! We have spent several months upgrading, painting, furnishing, and just making her our's. The reality with owning a 93+yr old home is that it is a constant loving work in progress. So we will forever be tweaking things here and there. I love what we have done and I am so excited for what we have planned!

The very location of Dollhouse Row is unique as well, tucked away between 14th and 15th streets near the bay. It is truly like a hidden alleyway from a fairy tale! You get the peace and quiet of a country lane with the benefit of being close to all that OC has to offer!
