This newly renovated conveniently located home is perfect for the family interested in Beach, Boardwalk fun, Views and TONS of activities! Food and rides are a short walk away. Park the car and never need to use it again! Families love the ease of getting to and from any location. Just 1 1/2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk, this 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home has everything you need. Rental comes equipped with 2 driveway parking spots (you can also parallel park 2 cars in front of the house), 1 car garage to hold all of your bikes and beach gear (and a shower), Smart TVs and or firesticks in every room and free wifi. There are 3 private decks. 2 rooms have queen size beds, one has a bunk bed, and the Primary Suite has a king with ample room should you want to put down an aero-bed. Living room couch has a pull-out bed. Central Air and ceiling fans in every room. Address is 813 3rd St, Ocean City NJ.

Perfect house for a week long family stay

This was a perfect location and size house for our 6 adults and two children under 5. Not too far from the beach or the boardwalk arcade/ice cream. Quiet and very safe. We would definitely go back!

Great spot for your family

I stayed here with my family and the house was a perfect fit. It’s a quick walk to the beach and only a slightly longer walk to the boardwalk and Gillian’s Wonderland which was perfect for our daughter. The house was exactly as described and was clean and in great condition when we arrived. The owner was super responsive to all of our questions and very helpful. Overall, a great place to stay!

A fabulous family vacation

This house was perfect for our family vacation with grandparents, 3 adult children + spouses and 2 grandchildren. We all had plenty of space and the house truly had everything we could need. We loved congregating on the porch in the mornings and the evenings and it was a very nice place for my father in law to sit and read while we were at the beach. Beach/boardwalk was a very short walk away. We all had such an amazing week and hope to come back again!

OC VACATION

The house was everything we needed to have a great time. Plenty of beds and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you needed to cook a meal and the garage has some beach supplies. The owners were very helpful and checked in with us several times to make sure everything was good. We have been to OC for years and this is a great house to stay at.

Lovely vacation house

Great patio space, ceiling fans in every room with AC, convenient location and close the boardwalk, modern house and lots of parking. Garage full of amenities and quick communication by the owner. The house overall was very clean, though we did need to mop the floor upon arrival. I definitely recommend this house for groups looking for an ocean city visit. Would stay again.

A+ Rental!

Just returned home from our stay at this property. We had a great time! The listing accurately reflects the house. It was very clean. Only 1.5 blocks to the beach. Beds were very comfortable with memory foam toppers. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. We loved it so much we have already rented for next year!

BEAUTIFUL! RELAXING! HOMEY FEEL!

This was such a fun, much needed extended weekend with the family…. everything was great and completely exceeded my expectations! there are countless chairs, bikes, toys, beach equipment, and umbrella’s available! The hosts were so easy to get ahold of and even had availability to check in a bit earlier! She even let us know about events that were going on during our stay at OC. the house was supplied with SOOOOOO much, it was great! this was a wonderful getaway and I can’t wait to book again! you won’t regret your stay at this home!

Absolutely perfect family shorehouse

This house is perfectly located for a beach trip. A block and half from the boardwalk and beach and close to the downtown. Beautiful house, so clean and comfortable. The water pressure is amazing. The appliances are all new. There is a plethora of beach toys and accessories like a beach stroller, carts, and so many toys! Communication with owners was seamless. No complaints whatsoever, looking forward to renting again.

Great Location!

Great location! 1.5 blocks to the beach and boardwalk. Loved that we had access to a beach cart and a wagon. The house set up was perfect for our extended family trip and overall clean and comfortable. One down side was part of the check out process is to wash the towels but there is no available laundry detergent at the house which is not something we typically pack. Would recommend having this on supply at the house. Otherwise great trip and accommodations! Rachel was great at getting back to me quickly with any questions. Would stay here again!

Rain Rain Go Away

My family stayed at the property for the second year in a row during the OCNJ race weekend. This year we experienced tropical storm weather which left us inside more than usual. We enjoyed being in the warm and friendly house and making memories while watching the rain and wind from the porches. We even had a “garage party” with the kids playing on the scooters available and laughing while keeping dry. Can’t wait to make more memories next time!

Amazing 3rd Street Beach House

Had the best time with my family and 2 little kids. The house was perfect (stocked with a wagon, toys, chairs, etc). The kitchen was great to cook in (had everything) and all the beds were comfortable and had a good breeze in every room. Will definitely come back.

Shore Memories

We love staying in the Gardens area of OCNJ and this home did not disappoint. From the spacious bedrooms and amenity filled garage, it’s the perfect place to relax and make memories with family. Plenty of outdoor decks to spread out or escape to for some alone time. My family really enjoyed their stay here and hope to come again in the future.
