With direct ski-in, ski-out access, this first-floor studio condominium is the perfect mountain retreat for the avid skier or snowboarder. Featuring a queen bed, queen pull-out sofa, full kitchen & wood-burning fireplace, we welcome you to your own personal and cozy mountain retreat. After a busy day on the mountain, unwind in our on-site, two tier hot tubs. Perfect for families of four, romantic getaways, or ski trips with friends.

Laurelwood 402 is located in the heart of Snowmass Village - you are just steps away from the Village Mall, the free bus route that goes back and forth into Aspen, hiking & biking trails and much more.

Guests will have sole access to their condo for the duration of their stay. Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by Laurelwood front desk. On-site at Laurelwood, there are two tiered hot tubs available for guest use, which is a great way to unwind after a full day of skiing or hiking.

Parking is owned by the town of Snowmass Village, and is a charge of $20.00/day during ski season only. Other times of the year, parking is free. During winter you will need to purchase a parking pass from the front desk upon arrival.

On-site at Laurelwood, there are several coin operated washer/dryers available for use. Detergent is available for purchase at the front desk, or you may bring your own. All linens, towels, hot tub towels are provided, and you can request more as needed. Please note, this property does not have A/C but a box fan is provided in the bedroom closet and it is highly effective in cooling the room down quickly.

We have a full-service front desk team that operates from 8:00am-9:00pm during the summer & winter seasons and 8:00am-5:00pm in the off-season. Our team is here to assist you with all requests to make sure your stay is the best it can be! In case of emergencies, we have an afterhours emergency answering service that guests can call to get in touch with an on-site manager. We are here to make your stay one to remember!

Wonderful slopeside property in Snowmass!

My family and I had the best time at Patti´s property in Snowmass. Beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. It's comfortably located in the building's ground floor, to facilitate arrival with luggage and ski-gear. Can't wait to go back!

Great little place

Pricey for what you get in winter, which is typical of slopeside snowmass. More spacious than it looks and great storage. My only complaint is no wine glasses!

Unit was clean Location excellent for skiing and access to restaurants/shopping/shuttles Value outstanding for the price (first week of April so probably lower price than peak season) On-site management office convenient. Staff friendly and helpful. Description listed washer/dryer but did not specify they are shared in the complex, not in the unit, so that was a bit deceiving.

Very nicely equipped condo and nice building. Ski out about 25 foot walk up to slope but you can ski in to back door of the building. Parking and firewood extras.

Fantastic ski in ski out

This condo is so nice for skiing. Just walk about 15 feet up from the unit and ski right to the lifts. The condo was spotless. It was very comfortable and well stocked. The kitchen utensils and such were all very nice. This unit is well taken care of. The owner is extremely nice and will get back to you immediately with any questions or concerns. There were three of us staying here this past week and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is a wonderful ski in and out rental. Clean and efficient.

Enjoyed our time in Snowmass. Easy to get to slopes. Nice hot tub. Enjoyed the electric grill. I would go back. Do not expect an adult to sleep on sleeper sofa. Even the mattress on the floor was very uncomfortable. Worst I have come across. Kitchen was well supplied and buses/shuttles were great.

Would stay here again

Easy access to bus and shuttle. No need to rent a car here. Don’t pay extra to park a car. I used Instacart to order groceries ahead of time and the front desk put away all the groceries so kitchen was stocked upon arrival. Communication with host was fantastic. Beds were comfortable. Nice to be on first floor. Condo close to hot tub but we did not notice noise. Excellent location for ski lifts. Was true ski in ski out. Would stay here again.

Great condo!

Very spacious condo with great supplies! On the same floor as the parking so it was easy to unload and load luggage. The mattress of the bed and the sofa bed are both very comfortable which is rare in vacation rentals. The only thing I wish I could have prepared better is to bring quarters with me. We arrived late on Sunday hoping to do laundry. The machine can only be operated by quarters and the office and the grocery store and gas stations were all closed.

Perfect Location!

Wonderful ski in/ski out condo! Condo was very inviting and had all the necessities. Location was fantastic! The mall was just steps away from the condo. You can walk to the village or take the gondola down to the village. It is so convenient to be able to walk to the grocery store or take a shuttle if you like. We loved walking out the back door to put on our skis and skiing down to the chair lift. My son was excited to see a grill on the patio that we could use. Patti was extremely friendly and it was a pleasure booking through her. Thank you very much Patti for opening your wonderful condo to us! We loved it and we hope to stay there again. We were hoping to get snowed in so we could stay longer but unfortunately the snow started a little too late the day we left.

Great value for a ski in/out condo

Our second stay in #402. Place is compact, probably do-able for 4 but excellent for 2 people. It is clean, bright, and well equipped. 150 ft walk to Fanny Hill ski run. The front desk housekeeping staff were very attentive and efficient. This is a great value for a ski in/out condo in the Aspen (or any other) ski area. Highly recommended.

Great place needs better COVID Cleaning

We have stayed here before and will again. It is about 100 ft from the ski hill so great in and out. We love the property. Only issue was the kitchen cleaning supplies. In COVID times all the other properties we stay at leave brand new cleaning sponges. Not this time. Last year they did. This year not. A little thing but then it gets your mind wandering as to what else didn’t get cleaned to Covid standards. All else was perfect.

Clean and easy access to slope

The property is bigger than we thought. We were able to host another family at one night for a get together. The owner is very responsive and helpful. It is really easy to access the slope and a very short walk to snowmass village (several minutes of walk). Bus is just in front of the building.
