Updated top floor corner unit - on beach with spectacular views

We are excited to report that our Sea Oats Resort in Redington Shores is completely restored and updated following the damages from Hurricanes Helene and Milton. We welcomed guests again on 1/25/25 and happy that the heated pool and tennis/pickleball courts are back in action!

If you enjoy watching the surf before and after your toes leave the beach this is the condo for your next vacation. The view from the living, dining and kitchen as well as the balcony is simply spectacular. One never feels they are leaving the relaxation of the water and sand as it is always in view.
The pool is only a step away from the large beach which allows one to go from beach to pool at your whim. Tiki huts are located next to the pool and grills are close by. A tennis and pickle ball court is onsite for guests.
Enjoy time away with all the conveniences of home such as a 55" smart TV, private high-speed WIFI, washer and dryer in the unit, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and easy access to restaurants/bars, entertainment, groceries and health services.
The location of the unit provides the ideal siting for dolphins and of course those gorgeous sunsets.

We love coming to this beach, have been coming here for over 3 years now. The condo was nice, clean, & spacious. Everything was enjoyable, the furniture is a little outdated but other than that we had a great time!

Beautiful condo and location

We’ve stayed at the sea oats the last three years and I think this condo was the best find yet! The beds were all comfy, the interior was all remodeled and labeled. This was such a great place and you can tell the owners really love this place. We hope to stay here again in the future.

What a great property and experience!

Our family of 5 stayed here. It has an amazing view, one of the easiest check-in and check-out processes we’ve ever experienced, is extremely clean, and is well stocked to feel like home. We loved this property and the Redington Beach area. We will definitely stay here again! Also, the owner and the property manager are really nice and helpful!

Amazing views

Properly was clean and lots of amenities just like advertised.The best part is the amazing view. Dolphins playing right outside in the mornings were awesome, even saw them in the water one day while we were swimming. Beds were extremely comfortable, and loved having laundry on site. Beth was great with communication before and during our stay. Lots to do in the surrounding area. Skulleys at John's Pass was hands down our favorite food (we went twice), and Rita's for custard/gelati.

Sea Oats 508 has beautiful views and is spacious. There is not much to improve on unless you want to add another elevator to get to upper floors.

Wonderful Vacation

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Sea Oats unit 508. The unit was very clean and well stocked. The location is perfect especially for families and children who have a tendency to go from the beach to the pool and back multiple times during the day. The owner, Beth, was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay in this condo over Spring Break! The location was perfect—just steps from the beach and close to great restaurants and local attractions. The condo itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable trip. From beach gear to kitchen essentials, everything was thoughtfully provided.
