We love this complex! It’s a small complex so you’re not fighting for space on the beach. The condos themselves are beautiful!

Thank you for the kind words. We're glad Sea Oats' relaxed, uncrowded setting and the condo's welcoming atmosphere helped you enjoy your beach time. Creating comfortable, stress-free stays where guests can unwind and soak up the shore is exactly what we aim for, so it's rewarding to know that came through. We look forward to hosting you again for another peaceful getaway.

Our family of five had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, spacious, and in a great location—just steps from the beach. The beach was never too busy, which made it perfect for relaxing. We loved having the beach chairs and toys included, and we even saw dolphins from the balcony on two of the days we were there! The heated pool was another great bonus. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this rental!

Thanks for the great review of Sea Oats. We're so happy your family enjoyed a relaxed beachfront getaway and that the included chairs and heated pool added to the fun. Spotting dolphins from the balcony is one of those moments we hope every guest experiences, so it’s wonderful you had that. We appreciate the recommendation and look forward to hosting your family again for another peaceful beach stay.

This a beautiful condo, well located and well equipped. Communicating with the chatbot was a clumsey at times, especially when the washing machine did not work.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo with beautiful ocean views and easy access to the beach. The condo is stocked with everything one could need for cooking and entertaining and we appreciated it all for our girls weekend! The dining room chairs really need to be replaced - we could not sit in them for any length of time. We were there over a weekend and there were a few groups of people that parked in the condo parking and waited for people to let them through to the beach and the pool. Not sure why this is not controlled better.

Great getaway!

Six of us stayed at the property for a girls’ weekend, after previously living in the area and not seeing each other for 10 years. It was the perfect place to settle in and catch up. It was clean, comfortable and cute, appropriately furnished and, of course, had breathtaking views of the beach. Can’t wait to bring my family in the future!

Pool was nice, but every chair had a towel on it to save the chair by 8 am so never had a place to sit!! Some cereal bowls in cabinet were dirty and a smaller one actually had mold in it. The housekeeper was running behind so couldn’t check in until 4:20pm rather than 4, and then on checkout the housekeeping staff hit the code opened the door and announced housekeeping at 9:53 am… wasn’t even 10 am , so happy I was dressed, we were all out by 10:15-or 10:20 and while sitting in the parking lot I received a call from Mathew stating it looks like you haven’t checked out yet! I said no I have been sitting here in the parking lot for about 15 minutes … I shared our experience and he apologized and said housekeeping should not be coming in before 10 am. So I it was nice but for the price it should be. Housekeeping needs some help with their timing!
