The complex consists of two nearby villas, one with 8 bedrooms and one with 6 bedrooms: each villa has its own garden/pool, and separate entrances for added privacy. Main features include:

A few house rules:

- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).

The daily rental rate includes absolutely all charges (also electricity). Housekeeping is also included, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.

Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: massive discounts are possible for long-term rentals and low-season bookings.
