Shearwater Beach Front Vacation Rental 3000 sqft

Welcome to Shearwater. Your home by the sea. Shearwater has room for 10, so bring the kids and grandchildren. The main level includes the kitchen, dining, living room with a sleeper sofa and master suite with jetted tub. Hickory cabinets, myrtle wood floors and trim, tile floors and Berber carpet throughout the home. Upstairs includes a full bath, 2 bedrooms, one with a private balcony, both with queen size beds. Downstairs is a 4th bedroom, hall bath, Jacuzzi changing room, family room with 2 sofa sleepers, secondary dining area, futon sofa sleeper with a high quality mattress, and an away room with a fireplace, TV, and 4 by 8 pool table. The Jacuzzi room is off the first floor deck. Your private beach access is immediately in front of Shearwater. Come and stay, relax and play. While not ADA compliant, the main level is wheelchair friendly. Shearwater has parking for 5 vehicles and a local staff available when needed.


Within a 15 mile radius: Within a 15 mile radius you have access to an aquarium and two light houses, three 18-hole golf courses, factory outlet shopping and a casino. Deep sea fishing and whale watching excursions at Depoe Bay. An excursion on a zodiac boat with a whale biologist gets you about as close to a whale as anyone will.

It was definitely worth the money! Michael was a great host! The ocean takes a toll on some window views, but we just opened the sliding doors and windows and it was like we were standing right on the beach. The sound of the waves, the feel of the breeze, and the unobstructed view of and easy access to the beach were outstanding! The house was clean and comfortable. Easy place to relax and feel like a home away from home.

I stayed with some extended family over Memorial Day.This house was amazing! With 9 adults we had enough rooms for everyone to have their own space. The bonus living room and game room were awesome and another way we could spread out during our 5 night trip.The dining area was large enough for us to play games together. The proximity to the beach was a total plus. We walked down there everyday and we sat with the windows open listening to the waves. We enjoyed our stay so much, we booked it for next Memorial Day before we left town!
