Great property, close to beach, safe and secure with a myriad of sleeping options. The view of the beach off the front decking area, the swing and especially the king bed master bedroom on the second floor is fantastic. Everything we needed was in the house or on the grounds. This beach house was incredible. Jill is amazing and treats you like family. They go above and beyond. Everything you need is provided and then some. The ocean is literally out your window and a few steps away. Low tide was amazing and we got to see lots of fun creatures. I'd definitely stay here again and was impressed by how well we were taken care of and how incredible this stay was. Can't wait to go come back.

The description of Anchor House was accurate and the home and property was clean and the view was spectacular! Communication with our hostess, Jill was excellent and she was more than happy to help with any needs we might have had. The scavenger hunt was fun for our family, especially our 6 year old grandson, as was the smore kit! I hope to come back soon and if you want a lovely experience with gorgeous views and easy beach access this place is a what you are looking for!

Well provisioned home, right on the beach, had lots of little extras that made our stay amazing. Beds comfortable, location great. Hot tub faces the ocean! This house was well thought out to be a wonderful vacation home. This scavenge hunt was really fun for my granddaughters and a nice suprise.

Amazing property and host!! We will 100% be back if we ever find ourselves in this area of the country. The host had great communication. The house had an amazing location and was adequately stocked. We loved that the house had games, kites, etc. for our children.

The house was amazing. The views of the ocean were top notch! The access to the beach could not of been better or easier. The Hot tub was warm and amazing for morning coffee with a view! We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Definately a 10. Communication with host was exceptional and the house was in a great location, fantastic views, easy walk to the beach. Immaculate home and well stocked with all of the amenities we needed. Great care was taken by owner to have a good assortment of items to meet our needs. The Hot tub was amazing.Our group of 10 did a lot of cooking and found the kitchen to be a bit small for prepping and cooking. However, for a smaller number of guests it would be fine. Suggestion: Add a crockpot or instantpot to kitchen supplies.Overall, this is the best VRBO home I have found on the coast and definately will be back.

What an incredible week we had in Lincoln City! The house was even better than the pictures. As a family we have been vacationing on the Oregon Coast every summer for 20 years, mostly in Seaside. We felt that this was the absolute best experience... "we found our beach house". Home was super clean, an over abundance of towels, very comfortable beds in all the rooms, quality amenities (boogie boards, kites, beach chairs, toys, games, foot massager, numerous kitchen appliances and a Blackstone grill). Our grandkids loved the scavenger hunt! We were all sad to leave, but happy to have booked for next year. Jill was a fantastic host - none like her!

The location of the home and the beach is superb. We could see the grandchildren play on the beach from the comfort of the home. We had a family gathering of eleven people including ages from 9 to 84. The game room was fun for the younger group while the adults enjoyed comfortable seats in the quiet of the living room or on the lounge chairs on the deck. The fire pit was great for roasting S'mores. The wind was perfect for flying kites, walking a beautiful beach, building castles in the sand, and jumping in the surf. Our host was in touch and answered all our questions quickly. We are planning on a return visit.

Clean house in wonderful location

This is a very clean and new looking house literally steps from the beach with a beautiful view and lots of space. Communications with the owner were excellent. Hope to come here again when we are in Lincoln City.

Perfect Thanksgiving

This is a wonderful home, with a short flight of stairs to the beach. Incredible hospitality and communication, the house was well-stocked, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend as an ideal place to stay at the beach - 10 out of 10 would recommend! And special thanks to the hosts for being so nice and attentive.

Wonderful family beach vacation

This is a great property with all of the amenities needed to enjoy a long stay at the beach. Our host, Jill, checked in frequently to make sure our needs were being met. You can hear the surf from the master bedroom and the upstairs bedroom overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed many long beach walks. Highly recommend this home.
