Located just two blocks from the beach, Avery’s Ocean Breeze A is a beautifully decorated duplex with great ocean views. The duplex is close to all the many pleasures of St. Augustine Beach. There’s plenty of parking out front and your pets are welcome too!
Avery’s Ocean Beach A includes three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and sleeps six. The home is air-conditioned and has its own laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer. There’s also free Internet, which is great for arranging tee times, making dinner reservations or sending photos back home.
Walk across the front port sitting area and in the front door where you’ll be greeted by an open-concept living room/dining room space. Everything is brand-new because the duplex itself was recently built. Cool tile floors throughout feel great on the feet after a day on the beach.
The dining area includes a table and six chairs, an elegant setting for any meal you eat in, but chances are you’ll probably want to enjoy many meals at the great restaurants you’ll find in and around St. Augustine Beach.
