Welcome to our 2 neighboring private stand-alone oceanfront homes in a quiet, yet friendly gated community in Marathon, Florida! If you’re looking for a relaxing and low-energy getaway for your family, you’ve found the perfect place. The prices quoted include BOTH of our homes for this one reasonable amount!

Consider a 14-day stay and receive an 8% discount OR 28-day stays receive a 18% discount.

Each home is identical so the descriptions are for each individually. The ocean views from our home are breathtaking! Steps from your front door you'll find a place to dock your boat and a pier for watching the fish swim by or to throw a line in and try your luck at fishing. The dock is a great place to jump in and cool off! A neat place to snorkel too, but doesn’t compare to snorkeling out on the reefs. There are even steps down into the water and an outdoor shower to rinse off.

Our homes each feature three levels with spectacular unobstructed open water views. The rooftop deck offers space for sunbathing, enjoying the sunset and stargazing.

6 BEDROOMS & 6 BATHROOMS TOTAL
(3 bedroom, 3 bathroom per home):

- Master Bedroom: King Bed with full bathroom
- Second Master Bedroom: Queen Bed with full bathroom
- Third Bedroom: Bunk Bed (twin over full) and 2 twin beds (trundle)

Full gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. Comfortable living room with 55-inch HDTV. Wireless internet access throughout our home, and rooftop deck including the pool! Washer and dryer available. You will find our home stocked with laundry and dishwasher soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags.

The elevator takes you to the first and second floors (the rooftop deck is the only area not accessible by elevator).

You can enjoy ocean views from both the hot tub and pool. The hot tub is completely private! The pool is shared with the other 12 homes in our private community, though it's rarely busy (except on some holidays) as most owners are absentee or occupied enjoying all the Keys have to offer!

Amazing location in the Keys close to beaches, restaurants and things to do! We will send you our list of personal favorites to help in your planning. We'd love to have you!

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All towels should be washed and dried prior to leaving.
Do not leave any dishes in the sink or dishwasher. Please run the dishwasher and put away dishes prior to leaving.
Trash must be taken out on Monday and Friday evenings. This is so important that there is a fee for not taking the trash out the last pick up prior to your departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO subleasing or sharing rental time with different groups. The person(s) on the lease must reside at the property while it is occupied.
NO more than one boat and two cars allowed at each individual property.
Security deposit is required at the time of booking for the rare event of damage or misuse and is fully refundable upon successful checkout.

The waterfront houses were great, and we loved the stunning sunset views from the balconies. The only minor complaint is that the pool is fairly small and shared with several other homes in the community, but we had a wonderful stay. Best way to enjoy Keys

This was the perfect place for our large family. Accommodated 13 of us with room to spare. Houses were clean and well stocked with paper products. The pool was a nice feature. Elevators were a must for our older members. The hosts were very communicative and on point when needed. Would stay here again.

Family Holiday

We rented both units as we had 15 family members. We received all the information about the unit and check-in prior to arrival. The units are very pretty with a spectacular view. The elevators were helpful for luggage and those of us with bad knees. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Amazing Place to Stay

Worth every penny! We had a group of 14 fly down from Atlanta and this place had every convenience you could imagine! From an endless supply of paper towel, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish detergent, towels, beach towels to fishing poles, snorkeling equipment and everything in between! We fished from the dock and caught a snapper, a really big grouper and other odds and ends. We snorkeled in front of the houses and saw a couple of eels, parrot fish, tarpon, nurse shark, all kinds of crab, and even had a visit from a manatee. Survived a bump from Hurricane Helene, which made the trip even more exciting. Easiest of check in and check out and fantastic communication with Ashley! Will definitely be back!

Sweet Key

Jess and Joe were extremely responsive and kind. The property was gorgeous and clean. They supplied all the linens, paper goods, cleaning supplies and laundry products. You don’t realize you need a mini fridge and deep freezer until you have one. Every night we watched the sunset from the pier and fished. The ocean wildlife from that pier rivals an aquarium!! We saw crabs, sharks, a million reef fish, starfish, squid, octopus and sting rays!!! Several in our group chose the evenings on the pier as their favorite time spent. We can’t wait to book again!!

Larry Baker was very easy to work with. Personable. Met us at the property to go over what needed to be done, to answer questions, etc.. Unobstructed breath-taking views of the water. Fishing/boat dock. Some airport noise, but not bad. Condo well furnished, stocked, equipped and located. Publix about 3 mi. away. ("Winn-Dixie opening soon"!) Bus stop to/from Key West in front of condo at Visitor Center. Good schedule; very reasonably priced. Dollar Tree/Bealls w/n short walk. Sombero Beach about 4 miles away. Turtle Hospital. Acquarium. Our family said it was the best vacation ever! We recommend it highly.

This was a Family Affair!!! Building Memories

Both the houses were perfect! My husband 75 and I had wanted to go back to the keys since he grew up in Miami and fished the keys as a boy. This brought back so many memories for him with him having Alzheimer now was even more important to be with the kids and the grandkids. We had two boats one for each house and caught plenty of fish right off the dock! We didn't even need the boats. We caught more fish on the docks. It was great to be able to have use of the elevators especially because I had a knee replacement, so I definitely used the elevators. You will want to use the elevators to bring your suitcases up. Joe made it easy by sending the video ahead of time before checking in to know how to use the elevators. The kitchens are fully equipped with essentials and plenty of room to spread out. After a long day it was also nice to use the hot tubs below each home to enjoy along with the community pool right between the homes. Although October was a little breezy but welcoming low 80's; we did not go in the pool much, but the children enjoyed it. We cooked almost every night as a family and enjoyed each and every one of my kids and grandkids. I do need to make some suggestions: need more dishcloths, iron skillet would be great, and a decent wine opener, and tv and games for the kid's room (thank goodness for their ipads lol) There are large TVs in the other bedrooms. The homes were very clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of supplies. Thank you, Joe, for letting us stay in your beautiful homes, I hope we did good with the clean-up there was a lot of us. lol. Kathy was great too. We hope to visit you again, we already miss the keys. Feel free to post our fishing photos too so folks can see you can actually fish right off the docks! Tons of Snapper. The property was very nice. The shower was stopped up on the 3rd floor and the water to washer was turned off as the dryer was torn up. The owner communicated well on these things. He required that the showers be squeegied after each use and all towels be washed and dried prior to guests leaving. There is a security alarm and what appears to be a security camera at the top of the first flight of stairs in the homes . The owner was very good with communication.

Growing up in Ohio and dealing with the long winter season, I was lured down to explore Florida. Stumbling on the Keys, I couldn't believe how incredibly gorgeous they were with the variety of flora and fauna. Temperate compared to the rest of Florida during the summer with clear warm waters and it is usually the warmest place in the US during the winter. Diving, snorkeling, fishing, boating, island life, dining, beaches, all with a small-town feel and all the comforts of the US! What's not to love?!

The desire to be part of the keys and spend more time here led me to buy my first place in 1997. One of the best parts is sharing the experience with others. This led me to share my home with others for the last 20 years!

Why they chose this property

This location is especially amazing. Located steps from the ocean, close to Vaca Cut provides incredible views, gorgeous water with so many fish swimming under the dock that it feels like an aquarium! We really have it all: Dock, pool, oceanfront view, comfort, all in a small gated community of 14 other newer homes. There is nothing else like it!!
