Floor to ceiling glass windows provide unobstructed panoramic ocean views. You can see spectacular sunsets, giant sea turtles, dolphins, and whales from the comfort of our living room and the lanai. The sounds of the ocean are relaxing - a perfect soundtrack to this paradise. Walk only 100 feet to reach one of the most famous beaches in the world to sun, snorkel, boogie board, and snooze. Travel channel ranks the beach in front of this condo as one of the premier beaches in the United States and Sunset Magazine described it as offering the best swimming and snorkeling in all of Kauai. Fantastic views in a great location. Enjoyed being right on the water with a very short drive to restaurants and shopping. Walking access to snorkeling beach by restaurant next door. A monk seal hung out on that beach the first few days of our trip. Convenient elevator for moving luggage, plenty of parking, and water spicket to wash sand off feet when returning from beach. Grounds are nicely kept. Didn't end up needing to use the laundry facility, but appreciated it was there if needed. Highly recommend. Can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo! It was the perfect size for our family, had everything we needed and the views were STUNNING, including both sunrise and sunset - exactly as described in the listing. The place was very clean when we arrived and well stocked with towels, beach supplies, blankets, etc.

View and location was outstanding!! Lots of beach supplies to make outdoor time very enjoyable. The condo was in need of a deep cleaning (portable fan disgusting). There was a musty smell. Deck screen door broken and didn't close all the way. Reached out to host 3 times while there with no response. One time was about a small water leak in kitchen that set off an alarm. There were restrictions with using the AC to not use below 78 degrees. This should have been in the description rather than shared days before our arrival.

We enjoyed our stay in Kōloa. The view from the lanai was beautiful, we saw sea turtles in the evening and surfers all day. The unit is nicely equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, etc. The beds were comfortable. The bedrooms lack plug outlets, so I suggest bringing a charger with additional outlets. My only complaint is that every evening there were tons of ants climbing up all over the kitchen walls. They would disappear during the day, but were back in the evening. I noticed ant killer under the counter, so I suspect this is an issue at this location.

Ocean front for sure great view loved that this was a unit that stuck out more than others so had the ocean views from the dining area also, made it seem bigger and brighter especially having all the windows. Liked area. Likes it had AC. Only downer no amenities at this condo facility such as a fitness center or small pool. Liked not many kids around. Loved the parrots next door at the beach house. Liked two baths. Some items dated in kitchen but view made up for it. Worth the price. Easy drive everywhere

Kōloa was a beautiful spot to stay!

Condo was very comfortable, had everything we needed! The location and views were just perfect for us. We saw whales, spinner dolphins, and so many sea turtles just from the lanai!
