Newly updated luxury 4-bed, 4-bath villa with private pool and beach

Welcome to Shades of Blue, a self-catering beachfront home nestled on the quiet shores of Grand Cayman. This four-bedroom, four-bathroom standalone home is situated on a sandy stretch of private beach and is part of a gated nine-home community on the shores of West Bay. The home, which has its own private pool, looks out on an endless stretch of Caribbean Sea with unimpeded sightlines, giving guests unforgettable azure views.

The home has been newly updated, including a completely renovated patio, which now features travertine tiles, and a refreshed tile pool. We’ve also added new furniture in these spaces and on the beach, plus a new Weber grill for al fresco cooking. Inside, most rooms have gotten a fresh look, while utilities like HVAC have been overhauled.

The villa features three ensuite bedrooms with king beds and a fourth bedroom with a queen bed. There’s a primary king suite on the first floor, as well as a queen bedroom which has a standalone bathroom. Upstairs, find two primary suites, both with balconies overlooking the ocean. One features a large soaking tub while the other has a rain shower.

A spacious patio, complete with barbecue grill, has room for outdoor dining and lounging, while a hammock strung between two palm trees makes for a perfect spot to relax in the sunshine.

The property shares a communal gym and a sport court for basketball, tennis and pickleball, supplies for which are available for our guests.

Shades of Blue is about a 25-minute drive from Owen Roberts International Airport and bustling George Town and just 10 minutes from Camana Bay and Seven Mile Beach, both of which have ample dining and shopping options.

In the immediate vicinity, find spots for snorkeling, diving, horseback riding, kitesurfing, paddleboarding and other water sports. We are minutes away from area favorite restaurants like Calypso Grill, Ristorante Pappagallo, Tukka West, and Nova. Our home is also located near Barker’s National Park, which features protected beaches, mangroves and native flora perfect for a day of exploring; the Cayman Turtle Centre; and Dolphin Discovery Cayman. We’re also a short drive from the Cayman Islands Yacht Club.

While we're in close proximity to numerous spots to explore, you can find everything you need to kick back and unwind at this seaside oasis that's ideal for family getaways and trips with friends alike. We provide a small selection of snorkeling gear, including water socks and shoes, which we recommend using for those looking to explore the ocean out front. We also encourage guests to bring their own, as there are living coral reefs. There are also body boards, pool noodles, rafts, sports gear, books and games for our guests.

Guests staying seven nights or longer get a complimentary mid-stay cleaning.
