About this property

Come stay in our super adorable, very bright yellow house. You will find room to relax indoors and out. The house is older and has shifted and settled causing a step up and down in the house. Bookings are not accepted after 6pm, and check in is between 3pm and 10pm. Pets are allowed with a $200 pet deposit which is completely refundable after guest checks out and place is swept free of pet hair and no poop is in the front yard.

Not as advertised.

Home is very old and in awful shape. Most of the doors do not shut, it is in a really bad neighborhood with the house behind whose dogs constantly bark and the police will not do anything about it. Lots of soft spots in floor throughout. Good for people without children who dont expect to get much sleep. We left 2 days earlier than scheduled.

Cozy retreat

Very cute house, and cozy on the inside. The kitchen was adequately supplied with dishes and utensils and there was plenty of bath towels and extra blankets. The beds were comfortable and every room had a TV. The oven did not work correctly which was a big deal for us because it was Thanksgiving day and I was supposed to make 2 pies and 2 oven baked casseroles to bring to our family meal. I was not able to use the oven at all. However, if you are not going to bake anything, it is a cozy, comfortable stay and we were not missing any necessities. I would stay there again.

It was a horrible experience

It’s not a quite Neighborhood. People walk up and down the road. If your outside they will stop and ask you for money! Pictures of property online don’t look nothing like it in person. Also, they have a problem with wood rats. Caught 2 while there and ended our stay 12 days earlier. Didn’t feel safe cooking there because of droppings in the cabinets. Also, came in one day and droppings were on the master bedroom bed. All the loaf of breads we bought the rats got into it. It was a horrible experience. Still waiting on the property owner to get back with me on my refund from my stay there. I don’t recommend anyone staying here.
