This Cozy renovated property is weather ready with new windows and insulation. This spacious property has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, newly remodeled kitchen, laundry room, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, 1 hideaway bed, upgraded 4ton central air unit, upgraded 50-gallon hot water tank (no need to worry about cold showers with multiple guests), ceiling fans throughout, high speed internet, plenty of towels, Linen, and detergent. Our goal to think of all your needs so that you can focus in on friends, family, and what brings you to our beautiful city. This home is located in a family-oriented neighborhood with quick access to Interstate I-20, Hwy 165, shopping, hospitals, and the university. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to message me.

Something else, the heating system wasn’t working. I was in Monroe for the Thanksgiving with family. I also bought my 7 month old nephew whom now has a bad cold. I’m the type of person who gets along with anyone, but to me honest is the best and only way to go.
