Clean, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water for the showers, and a fully stocked kitchen. Great location on Broadway to reach Pearl St or take the Bear Creek trail anywhere in Boulder.
Great long weekend stay at Pat's place. The place was clean, had all the essentials, and was in a very convenient location in Boulder. The BEST part was the hot tub. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
Wonderful house to stay at in Boulder. Property manager was very nice and helpful. Great area in Boulder, not very far from anything. Would highly recommend staying here.
This was a great place for the three of us to stay the week of my daughter's wedding. It definitely could have accommodated more people. Pat, the owner was very responsive and provided some ideas for things to do during our stay.
Very comfortable and plenty of space for our family of 5. Comfortable beds. Close to Chataqua/hiking, great community pool (carpenter), grocery stores, etc. Very easy to communicate with owner.
Patrick's house was a great place to stay for a weekend trip with friends. The house was clean and well appointed with anything that we needed. We all greatly enjoyed the house, especially the hot tub which was great enjoyed at night.
Highly recommend this place.
We were pleased with the house and accommodations. Patrick is very nice, accommodating and a great host. He went out of his way to communicate and the check in process was easy. The bed was comfortable and the hot tub was a big plus. Clean and has great views. We would book again.
We had a nice stay at Patrick’s place and he was always available if we needed anything. I appreciated the fenced in yard as we had our dogs with us. There is a nice trail towards the end of the street that we enjoyed walking along. You can get anywhere in Boulder quickly from this location. Thanks, Patrick!

About the host
Hosted by Patrick Allen Abramson
I am a professional snowboarder for the past 29 years. I moved to Boulder in 2004 to head coach the University of Colorado snowboard team. I bought this house in 2009 because of the view and its close location to the University. I the winters I travel the world snowboarding for several companies. I also am a professional snowboard instructor for Vail resorts. In the summer I own an irrigation business that services the Boulder area.
Why they chose this property
The view from the living room window of the Flatirons is one of the best parts about this property. I would say second is the location and easy access to the best parts of Boulder. Third is the salt water hot tub.
