Margo was one of the best communicating hosts we’ve ever had! 10/10! The house was spotless, well stocked in the kitchen and game nook, plenty of room for our family of 5 (but could have slept 3 more easily) and she even provided s’more’s! The batteries were out in the fireplace remote and some new ones showed up within hours. AMAZING HOSTS! Our only complaint would be the train that passes by once a day and some road noise.

This VRBO was wonderful. The house was clean and great spaces inside and outside. We didn't have any children with us, but was welcoming for all ages. The property owners were very responsive to our questions and needs.The location itself was fabulous for doing things in and around Boulder. A huge benefit of the house was plenty of bathrooms for a large group!The house is close to a railroad, that being said there were only 3 or 4 trains during the day that came by. We were initially worried about this, but we found out soon that it wasn't a problem.Great Place!

Wonderful spot. The owner was very thoughtful providing s’more ingredients, sound machines in each bedroom, a nicely stocked kitchen and a very simple check out process. Well worth the nightly rate. I’d be happy to stay here again.

Perfect spot for CU stay. We rented the house for graduation weekend. Multiple generations enjoyed the quiet nights, easy to commute into Boulder, and close by amenities. Will be back

Wonderful family friendly home in great location. We could get to both Boulder and Louisville quickly. We enjoyed the kitchen which was well supplied with cooking utensils and spices. We played with the assortment of games. Wish we had more time to enjoy the outdoor space - next time! Friendly hosts that care.

Great hosts! Great communication and very responsive before, as well as, during our stay. It was located in a convenient location and very roomy for everyone that stayed there. The children enjoyed all the games and the large Chess table.

Great housing with 4 beds/bathrooms for 8 adults

Our favorite part was the deck. And watching the neighborhood bats come out at dusk. There is also a nice park/trail within walking distance.

The house was very clean and comfortable for our intergenerational group. The grandparents stayed in the main floor bedroom. Their daughter and son-in law and 2 children (10 and 13 years old) stayed in the upstairs bedrooms. It was a great location to go to many attractions: Rocky Mountain National Park, Garden of the Gods, Lost Gulch, El Dorado Csnyon State Park, and even went to Casa Bonita in Denver. The hosts were very accomodating of our needs. We highly recommend this home.

Charming house with a great view of the mountains

Amazing stay!

Our stay was perfect! The location was great and the house had everything we needed. Beautiful home with open floor plan, plenty of space and detailed information. Perfect for a family of seniors, young parents, and active children. Really felt “at home “ the entire time.

Excellent stay in Lafayette

The location of the property is great! We felt like we had no neighbors and we were close to everything we needed to be close to. The amount of bathroom space is also unbeatable! The owners were extremely responsive and great to work with! We would definitely be happy to visit again when we return to Colorado!
