Regarding the location, we strive to accurately represent our property and its surroundings, and we're sorry if you found the area disappointing. As for the Airwick diffusers, we have used them without issue with previous guests, but we apologize if they caused discomfort for your family, particularly your son with asthma, which we were unaware of until your check-in. We promptly responded by asking you guys to remove the diffusers and airing out the unit, but I regret that these measures did not resolve the issue for you. As for the charges, our policy requires us to charge for the first night and the cleaning fee due to the calendar being blocked for an extended period. We understand that this situation was distressing for you, and we did our best to accommodate you by not charging for the remaining nights. I apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
