Between the sea and the pond, in a secure residence, pretty villa of 60m2, air-conditioned, shaded terrace, private area enclosed by hedges, with a closed shelter available. Free private parking.
Direct access to the beach 25m and swimming pool a few steps away. Parasol and beach chairs available
On the ground floor: equipped kitchen. dining area, open to living room, sofa, large screen TV, Wifi. South-facing terrace sud_ouest with plancha.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, one with a King size bed 160cm, the other with two bunk beds in 90cm plus a cot for baby available. Bathroom with shower and sink. Double glazing.
In addition to enjoying the beach, you will have access to a swimming pool reserved for residents open from June to September.
Less than 300m away, mini-market, shops, restaurant. bars with musical entertainment and karaoke.
Leisure activities, rides and games for children. Cycle paths, windsurfing, windsurfing (Ingril pond), amusement park, horseback riding, fishing, ecological trail, coastal flora and fauna, pink flamingos in season, etc ....
