This 2-bedroom private villa is conveniently located in Las Delicias, just minutes between Santa Teresa, Montezuma, and Mal País beaches and restaurants. Villa Kalapiti sits on 8 acres of lush jungle and botanical gardens with spectacular wildlife views, a nature lover’s paradise! Built in the style of Gaudí with an interior Arabic flavor, this is a must-see property to fully appreciate the gorgeous detail that went into creating this truly magical experience.

Unique features are an impressive water slide plunging into a crystal clear pool, elevated cool water spa with waterfall, Turkish Hammam sauna, artistic outdoor showers located throughout the villa, stargazing deck, commercial grade kitchen with outdoor dining space complete with outdoor wood fired oven with smoker. Additionally, the property has a private swimming hole in a river that runs year-round.

The villa has two private luxury suites, each with a four-person capacity.

The Luna Suite features a lounge entryway, a comfortable sofa, an entertainment center, and a kitchenette with a circular king bed alcove with privacy curtains. This leads through doors to the main section of the suite that features a four-poster king bed, enormous jacuzzi, full bath, and shower. It also includes a private terrace and office area.

The Sol Suite features a private outdoor sun lounge, entryway with entertainment center and kitchenette, king bed and two single beds. It features an enormous jacuzzi tub, full bath, bidet and shower. This suite also has a private terrace.
