Best House in Santa Tere

Rent this house is the best opportunity you will have in Santa Tere. Best view, best service, very nice interior design, everything in the house is high quality and everybody do their best to improve your vacations.

Wonderful property sitting on the top part of the mountain. The daily cleaning and concierge service is a plus. 4x4 is a must and a regular car will not make it up the steep hill. They also offer laundry service with a small fee and it comes back same day folded neatly. We saw nearly 17 different bird species and there is a very chill iguana that hangs by the pool.

Great property

Always a pleasure to visit Santa Teresa. Villa Koa is in a great location. The property is exactly as advertised, very beautiful with a great pool. Construction wasn't overbearing at all and hardly even noticed it. One small complaint would be to add some blinds to the living room windows for a bit more privacy. Otherwise, the property is fantastic.
