15 minutes from the city of Carcassonne and 1 hour from Narbonne Plage, Cathar country under the Mediterranean sun.
Castles, abbeys, Canal du Midi, vineyards and terroir, lakes, hiking trails, Mont Alaric and the ruins of Miramont castle promise you pleasant moments!
The accommodation
The property is accessible by a motorised gate with digicode. We will welcome you on arrival for the key collection between 5:00 p.m. and 9 p.m., other possibilities to be defined on request.
Self-entry by digicode is also possible during the day and after 9:00 p.m. if necessary. After 9:00 p.m. and if you wish to arrive late, it can be automatically scheduled by Digicode.
As well as for a night arrival after 0:00 a.m.
The 20m2 studio is composed of a fully equipped kitchen including ceramic hob, oven, microwave, available coffee doses and Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, tea bag, fridge / freezer, raclette service, pots, cooking utensils and crockery.
You have a small set of necessities to enhance a festive or convivial event: small dish and serving plate for aperitif, wine glass, water and champagne as well as a champagne bucket and table isotherm for wine.

Vase, carafes, bread basket.
A shower area, (shower gel and shampoo available) equipped with a sink, soap dispenser, single-use hand towel and hair dryer and a separate toilet. As well as a living/sleeping area equipped with a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV and a mini stereo, radio and CD.
Sheets and towels are provided. Free WIFI.
Swimming pool freely accessible from May 1st to October 31st, shared with guests at discretion.
You have an open bar with table and chair and garden armchairs allows you to have an additional space to take your meals in complete privacy in case of high heat or looking for a shaded area or protected from the weather a self-service barbecue (charcoal available from October to the end of June, for the summer season provide this one).
You also have access to a terrace in front of the studio with a table and garden furniture with parasols.

Travellers have personal parking in the direct vicinity of the studio and a space that can be used accommodate lorry and vehicle with caravan with manoeuvring space inside the fully enclosed property, automatic lighting to facilitate night arrivals.

Provision of a remote control for opening the automatic gate on arrival for day and night entrances and exits.
