Le studio est très bien agencé et très bien situé. Malheureusement il est au bord de la route entre la frontière italienne et Menton, qui est très bruyante car beaucoup de passage.

Habitués de la ville et du quartier, à l'exception de la propreté de l'appart qui n'était pas nickel à notre arrivée et des bruits des travaux dans l'immeuble.Notre séjour s'est très bien passé ,bien aidés par la réactivité de Virginie et la gentillesse de Mr Méoli au niveau de l'agence. Totale confiance en cette belle équipe qu'on remercie grandement et on refera l'expérience avec eux avec plaisir les yeux fermés.

Appartement refait à neuf , très bien équipé : lave-vaisselle , machine à laver , machine à café , congélateur , four , plaques cuisson à induction .On est comme à la maison . Immeuble très bien tenu .Transports en commun à proximité ainsi que les commerces . Appartement exposé plein sud en première ligne face à la mer et au vieux Menton .La gare SNCF Menton Garavan est tout près de la résidence .
