Great neighborhood and location

Visited for 6 days in August. Property was in a great location for our day trips down to Monterey, Muir Woods, Napa, and SF. Neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Would definitely recommend this to others.

It was nice to have a house to stay in with separate rooms and comfy couch in living room. The view was stunning and the location is short walk to beach and close to San Francisco. Home is older, no AC and no access to washer and dryer. Nice tv, but firestick did not work. Beds were good and shower had soap and shampoo.

We were in town for Dreamforce. We got hit with extra costs (guessing cleaning) with no communication about it. We were rarely in the house and left the house in good order. Be wary if you are paying out of pocket.

This house was the perfect location for our Bay area school visits. House was as pictured. View was nice, easy to get to. Beach was a short car ride with plenty of parking. Easy access to San Francisco. Beds were comfortable. Overall we would book again and enjoyed our stay.

Great place for a tour of the Bay Area

San Francisco Trip

Property manager very responsive. We needed more wash cloths and they delivered same day. House did not have washer and dryer, oversight on my part. House did have some bug issues with ants and spiders. Also, needs to have better security with doors etc.. would be easy for someone to get in if they really want to. Location was great. Neighborhood seemed safe, school really close and looks to have a lot of families living in neighborhood.

Great view and location but could be updated

Sometimes it's little things that make a stay. There was nothing wrong with the house, it just could have been a little better. The neighborhood is nice in fact my cousin grew up in the neighborhood it's quiet and a nice residential area with a great view out to the beach. Beyond that it was just good not great, but not bad either.

Perfect Location & Beautiful Views

Perfect location, beautiful views and all the benefits of being near the city, without any of the headaches!!! Great restaurants (Puerto 27!!), grocery, gas, beaches and interstates all very nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard, gas firepit and how private it feels. My only "negative" feedback is that the house isn't as updated/renovated as it appears in the photos, but not horrible by any means. In fact, based on the features and benefits, we feel it is priced fairly. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for our visit. Beds were SUPER comfy. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. We had a GREAT stay!

The backyard at this property has a great view of the ocean and is only a few minute drive down to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The inside of this house is run down, shabby, and dirty. In the kitchen the refrigerator had broken parts and the microwave did not work. Both bathrooms had mildew on the floor and walls. The toilet seat in the master bedroom is partially broken so one had to be careful when sitting on it. The screens are town, windows are dirty and furniture is torn. I will not stay here again and would not recommend to anyone.

Great location and adorable property but had trouble contacting the host

I had a great time during my stay. The view was beautiful, and the beds were comfy. I did wish that there was a better way to contact the host. During my stay, there were ants as I arrived at the house and I couldn't reach anyone by text/ I tried two numbers. It wasn't that big of an issue/ just wish I could've reached someone and didn't have to clean getting there.
