Charming vacation home with a heated pool and hot tub - Marais Poitevin

Rental of our holiday cottage "La Bijetterie", a 4-star furnished tourist accommodation, in the Marais Poitevin. The ground floor comprises a 32 sq m living room with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge area, sofa, and 107 cm plasma screen TV. There is also a shower room with a walk-in shower and toilet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: the first with a 160 cm bed, and the second with two 90 cm beds. There is also a mezzanine with a pull-out sofa bed. A washing machine and dryer are available in the laundry room. You can relax in our 800 sq m garden with a private 8x4 m heated swimming pool (open from June 1st to September 30th), a terrace with garden furniture, a Weber barbecue, and sun loungers. A Jacuzzi and billiards table are available in a relaxation area. Located 4 km from the village of Vix, with all amenities. 30 minutes from La Rochelle, 1 hour from Puy du Fou and Futuroscope, 45 minutes from the Vendée beaches, 1 hour from Île de Ré, in the heart of the Marais Poitevin, near Damvix, Coulon, the abbeys of Maillezais and Nieul-sur-l'Autize, and the Faymoreau mining centre. 20 minutes from the Mervent forest and Vouvant, and close to the Île de Charrouin nature reserve. Our gîte is located next to cycle paths and hiking trails, near a river for fishing.
