The house was luxury and modern. The swimmingpool lovely. We enjoyed this house very much. La Rochelle/Ile de Ré is a half hour away by car. Communication with the owner is super.

Parfait ! Le logement est paisible, propre, accessible et bien situé. Dans un village proche de La Rochelle, parfait comme situation géographique, au abord du village sans vis à vis.Frédéric nous a reçu avec une grande amabilité et disponible le long du séjour si le besoin se fait.La piscine est grande, coin jeux pour les enfants, un extérieur au top avec une belle terrasse.Il y a toutes les commodités nécessaires.On a passé une excellente semaine.Merci encore Frédéric !

Wir waren nun das 5. Mal in dem wunderschönen Haus und hatten wieder einen wundervollen Urlaub! Wir lieben den Pool und die perfekte Lage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Unser Lieblingsort und Strand ist Châtelaillon-Plage. In diesem Jahr waren wir das erste Mal im Naturkundemuseum in La Rochelle. Unglaublich vielfältige Ausstellung, zu empfehlen!Lieben Dank für alles an Frédéric und Celine! Immer erreichbar und supernett. Und bei Problemen helfen sie schnell und unkompliziert! Danke!!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Très bonne communication avec Frédéric. Petit cadeau de bienvenue très adorable. Es war wie immer ein wunderschöner Urlaub! Wir waren zum 4. Mal dort und fühlen uns sehr wohl. Das Wetter war fantastisch. Die Kids lieben den Pool (wir auch). Kleiner Ausflugstipp: Fouras, netter Ort mit Burg, Strand und Meeresschwimmbecken. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Lieben Dank an unseren Vermieter Frédéric und an die sympathische Celine, die für uns vor Ort war um die Schlüssel auszuhändigen/entgegen zu nehmen. Beide sprechen übrigens perfekt Englisch.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Ein sehr schönes ruhiges Ferienhaus , leider ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte Mal ersetzt werden. Das die Dusche im Schlafzimmer ist könnte auch erwähnt werden , im großen ganzen aber tolle Lage , tolle Außenanlage uns sehr netter Vermieter .

Es war wieder sehr schön!

Wir waren nun das 2. Mal in dem schönen Haus und hatten einen perfekten Urlaub! Haben direkt wieder für das nächste Jahr gebucht :) Unsere Empfehlungen in der Umgebung: Châtelaillon-Plage Aquarium La Rochelle Boot fahren in Marans Und das Restaurant Mr Klaxon in Saint-Sauveur-D'Aunis Wir hatten viel Spaß! maison et propriétaire fort sympathique

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison. Les points forts : - Le propriétaire est très accueillant (le petit cadeau de bienvenue a été très apprécié) - La dame que nous avons rencontré à la fin de notre séjour très gentille - La piscine (avec cette chaleur ça nous a permis de nous rafraichir) - L'équipement de jardin (quelques transat plat auraient été appréciable mais ceux présents sont très bien aussi) - Le village très calme - La pharmacie, la superette et la pizzéria à proximité - Les activités très sympa aux alentours Les points faibles : - La climatisation en panne en pleine canicule il faisait une chaleur dans la mezzanine difficilement supportable - Certains équipements vieillissants qui mériteraient un renouvellement - Barbecue avec des grilles rouillées (une brosse métallique est à disposition mais j'avoue que j'aurais apprécié qu'elle soit propre à notre arrivée) En conclusion, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maisons très agréable et fonctionnelle, nous vous la recommandons.

Superbe location dans un petit village très calme. Un accueil très chaleureux par le propriétaire. Rapport qualité prix au top. La piscine fabuleuse. Perfekter Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus!

Wir haben 2 sehr schöne und entspannte Wochen verbracht. Haus, Garten und Pool sind modern, stilvoll und sehr gepflegt. Man befindet sich mitten im Dorf, aber es ist trotzdem absolut ruhig. Wir sind von dort aus oft an den Strand von Châtelaillon-Plage gefahren. Ein sehr schöner Ort und Strand. Zu empfehlen! Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub. Vielen Dank lieber Frédéric! Für das nächste Jahr haben wir schon gebucht :-)

Gite pas adapté aux enfants malgré la description de l’annonce. Vous y trouverez du matériel vieillissant et pas tres propre. Avec le strict nécessaire. exemple: grille de barbecue rouillé et inutilisable et pas de matériel de barbecue adapté. Malgré tout le village est charmant.

Schönes Haus mit Pool

Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Der größte Pluspunkt ist der Pool, den vor allem unser Sohn sehr genossen hat. Durch die Lage in einem kleinen Dorf ist ein Auto erforderlich, wenn man auch etwas in der Umgebung sehen möchte. In laufnähe befindet sich ein Bäcker und ein ganz kleiner Supermarkt, um sich mit dem nötigsten zu versorgen. In 5km gibt es einen großen Supermarkt. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig und mit dem allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Leider wird es oben unter dem Dach trotz Klimaanlage sehr heiß, so dass mein Sohn nach unten ausweichen musste (Schlafmöglichkeit auf dem Sofa vorhanden). Uns hat der Aufenthalt und der nette Kontakt zu dem Vermieter sehr gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. La piscine chauffée qui vous est totalement dédiée est incontestablement un très gros plus pour cette maison. On a trouvé la literie un peu molle par contre. Nous reviendrons!

Voilà une location comme on en rêve : propriétaire charmant et disponible, personne de contact sur place tout aussi agréable, maison parfaite pour des vacances reposantes avec une superbe piscine et des jeux pour enfants.
