We did not get check in information, when we called VR BO they said they would cancel our reservation and someone would call to assist us with another reservation…they never did ! An hour later we got a call from the owner and got check in information at about 8:00. The property was great. This was disappointing since we had just had a reservation canceled in Florida with vrbo and was also told we would be contacted when the host canceled a 18 night reservation…again no help. I am a vrbo host I a concerned my potential renters are also being treated this way

Great Stay!!

Property is close to town and really nice. The host was very informative and easy to reach. She suggested local events and Christmas lights. The hot tub was nice a nice addition and has good privacy.

Best place for kids!

This was the best place we found for little kids! There is not a lot of decorations that need to be put up for safe keeping and the jet tub in the master bath is perfect for long bath time fun! We will certainly stay here again!

Thank you so much for this lovely review. We have children and try to be conscious of their safety. Installing the gate and having a crib were things we would want in a place we rented, so we try to do the same for others.

No hot tub

No where to put the trash I have pictures of the tub but your email won’t except them. Had a great time other wise.

Pigeon Forge Getaway

Everything was super clean and big enough for a big family. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Very short drive into Pigeon Forge and very friendly quiet neighborhood. Owner was super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and sent guides of things to do. My family really enjoyed our stay.

What makes this property unique

We love this property because it's its proximity to the Parkway, while still being quiet and cozy. The patio features your own private Jacuzzi and a swing. It is surrounded by trees which will make you feel like you're in the middle of the forest without having to climb steep m, Mountain roads. It is just 5 minutes from Parkways and there is a trolly stop nearby. Our friendly neighbors may say hello but will give you your privacy. You can enjoy time cozied up in front of the fireplace, relaxing in the hot tub, or listening to the creek flowing nearby.
