As you enter the home, you’re greeted by a bright, open plan living space with beautiful cathedral ceilings and high-quality furnishings. With a large dining area, comfortable living room, large kitchen and adjacent lounge area, the design for the main living area is elegantly executed. The main floor is completed by a shared four-piece bathroom, a double twin bedroom, bright secondary queen bedroom and a primary, king suite.

On the lower level of this home, guests will find the ultimate lounge area. With a casual living area, wet bar, full bathroom and two extra bedrooms, this is the perfect place for guests to kick back. On the lower level courtyard, guests have access to the large, private hot tub - the best way to end every day in Truckee!

- There is a per person, per day fee to access the club amenities, and rates are subject to change. Please refer to the TDA website for details: https://www.tahoedonner.com/amenities/
- In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required. If your car is not equipped with both, please be sure to have chains, this home has a steep driveway.
- We are in a rural part of America, where Google Maps is not always reliable. VRBO uses Google to generate the 'Explore the Area'. Do not rely on this map as it's not accurate.
- Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November-May.

Each eligible property is issued 6 guest cards to access the recreation amenities available in Tahoe Donner Association.  Guests that fail to leave all 6 guest cards in the home after checkout will be subject to a $100 fine per missing card. Children under the age of 3 are free.  Guest access fees apply per person per day and vary by activity.

Full Terms + Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation/Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed.
