Fun, Relaxing Stay

We really enjoyed staying at this property! It was relaxing by the water and fun watching the boats go by. Conveniently located near our boat and a short drive to downtown shopping And restaurants. Will definitely book for next year!

Relaxing Getaway

This is our third time staying at this property and will book again next year. Enjoyed swimming in the pool, short walks around the community and the panoramic views of the river. Home is spacious, comfortable and meets our needs.

Loved Our Stay!

This was our family’s second time staying at this home. There’s amble room for everyone! Sits nicely on the St. Joe River. Perfect for relaxing and boat watching. Definitely recommend staying.

Fantastic Trip

House was better than expected! There were 7 of us ranging from ages 6 to 78 and we all loved it! Very clean and plenty of room. Right next to the pool and river. We had such a great time and will keep this property on our must visit again list.

Amazing vacation!

Our family (all nine of us) had a wonderful experience in this beautiful lake house! The location and description of the area were perfect and allowed us plenty of time for family fun activities that included pool time, playground fun, beach and swimming on Lake Michigan and campfires in the evening. We had a great week here! We had a bit of trouble getting into the gate but it was quickly resolved. The property owner replied to any of our questions promptly. We’re already planning on returning next year.

The location was perfect for our family and the kids had such a great time at the pool and fishing right next to the house. The house had plenty of games to play and we had a great time. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful St. Joseph

Beautiful location, love watching the boats, deer, birds,.The condo was very nice, clean. A few little things could be improved, WiFi did not work most of the week, garage door opener did not work, a few smoke detectors needed batteries replaced. We left a pass for Silver Beach to the next renters, as it was not provided. Overall a great place though and definitely would rent it again.
